Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 쇽업소버 지지구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 쇽업소버의 상단을 지지하는 로케이트를 고정하는 휠하우스의 구조를 개선하여 로케이트의 진동을 감소시킬수 있는 자동차의 쇽업소버 지지구조에 관한 것으로서, 휠하우스상에 형성되는 지지편에 고정되는 로케이터를 구비하고, 이 로케이터에 노면으로부터의 충격을 흡수하는 쇽업소버를 설치함에 있어서, 상기 지지편(12)을 휠하우스와 일체로 절곡구성함과 동시에 지지편의 일측을 보강편(14)으로 연결하고, 상기 로케이터(20)의 일측을 보강편(14)과 휠하우스 보강패널(30)사이에 개재하여 용접고정함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 휠하우스상에 형성되는 지지편에 고정되는 로케이터를 구비하고, 이 로케이터에 노면으로부터의 충격을 흡수하는 쇽업소버를 설치함에 있어서, 상기 지지편(12)을 휠하우스와 일체로 절곡구성함과 동시에 지지편의 일측을 보강편(14)으로 연결하고, 상기 로케이터(20)의 일측을 보강편(14)과 휠하우스 보강패널(30)사이에 개재하여 용접고정함을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 쇽업소버 지지구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지편(12)의 상단주연에는 수개의 주름흡수홈(12a)을 형성하여 지지편(12)절곡시의 주름을 방지토록 함을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 쇽업소버 지지구조.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보강편(14)상에는 보강편의 길이방향으로 비드(14a)를 형성하여 보강편 자체의 강성을 향상시킴을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 쇽업소버 지지구조.
