Abstract

본 발명은 플래스틱제품의 블로우사출 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 에어로 성형될 예비 제품(6)을 부풀린 다음 금형(4)으로 가압시킬 때 다시 이 제품(6)의 내부로 가스를 주입시켜 균일한 팽창을 도모하면서도 냉각을 시키게 되어 균일한 두께와 미려한 모서리부위 성형을 할 뿐만 아니라 이에따라 복잡한 제품(6)의 사출도 용이하도록 된 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 사출성형기(1)의 코어(3)에 성형될 플래스틱 재질의 예비제품(6)을 위치시킨 다음 에어주입기(2)로 에어를 유입시켜 부풀리는 제1단계와, 이 제1단계에서 부풀려진 예비제품(6)을 좌/우다이(4a,4b)로 이루어진 금형(4)에 위치시켜 압착하는 제2단계 및, 이 제2단계와 동시에 상기 금형(4)의 우다이(4b)에 형성된 가스 주입경로(4c)를 통해 가스주입기(5)로부터 불활성 가스를 제품(6)의 내부로 주입하는 제3단계 및, 이 제3단계 후 금형(4)의 우다이(4b)를 분리하여 제품(6) 내의 가스를 방출하거나 가스주입기(5)로 복귀시켜 제품(6)을 완성하는 제4단계공정으로 이루어진 플래스틱제품의 블로우사출 제조방법.
