Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture efficiently a blow molded article of high quality, by using a blow molding machine arranged in series with the reverse mold having a injection mold and a core mold, the reverse mold having a preblow mold and a blow mold. CONSTITUTION:In the state (Fig. A) of clamping a reverse mold 3 having an injection mold 1 (Mark 2 is a fixed platen.) and a core mold 5, a reverse mold 9 having a preblow mold 12 and a blow mold 13. A bottomed parison P is formed by injecting resin in the cavity 7 of the reverse mold 3 from an injection apparatus, a preform F is blow molded from the bottomed parison P formed in the preceding process in the left side of he mold 3 and a product W is made by blow molding the preform F of the blow mold 13 formed in the preceding process (Fig. B). Then, after each mold is opened, the product W is taken off, the mold 3, 9 are reversed and the preform is transfered from the mold 9 to the mold 13 (Fig. C), each mold is clamped and shifted to the next molding cycle.
