Abstract

본 발명은 버스의 프런트 범퍼 장착용 지그에 관한 것으로, 양단에 방향이 상이한 나사공(3)이 구비된 턴버클(4)과, 상기 턴버클(4)의 나사공(3)에 체결되어 상하로 동시에 이동하는 제1,2연결봉(5)(5A)과, 상기 제1연결봉(5)에 설치되고 걸림턱(6)이 형성된 지지구(8)의 연결고리(9)에 연결되는 지지대(9)와, 상기 제2연결봉(5A)에 설치되고 일단부가 절곡지게 형성된 걸림부(11)를 갖는 연결편(12)에 일체로 형성된 수직편(13)으로 이루어진 제1상부편(14)과 상기 제1상부편(14)의 수직편(13)과 연결편(12)사이에 설치되는 보강편(15)으로 구성된 지그(2)를 제공하여 적은 힘으로 버스의 프런트 범퍼(2)를 장착함으로써 작업성이 향상되는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 버스의 프런트 범퍼(1)를 장착하기 위한 지그(2)에 있어서, 양단에 방향이 상이한 나사공(3)이 구비된 턴버클(4)과, 상기 턴버클(4)의 나사공(3)에 체결되어 상하로 동시에 이동하는 제1,2연결봉(5)(5A)과, 상기 제1연결봉(5)에 설치되고 걸림턱(6)이 형성된 지지구(8)의 연결고리(9)에 연결되는 지지대(10)와, 상기 제2연결봉(5A)에 설치되고 일단부가 절곡지게 형성된 걸림부(11)를 갖는 연결편(12)에 일체로 형성된 수직편(13)으로 이루어진 제1상부편(14)과 상기 제1상부편(14)의 수직편(13)과 연결편(12) 사이에 설치된 보강편(15)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버스의 프런트 장착용 지그.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2연결봉(5A)의 외경 적정위치에 일단부에 걸림부(11A)(11B)를 갖는 연결편(12A)(12B)에 일체로 형성된 수직편(13A)(13B)과, 상기연결편(12A)(12B) 사이에 설치된 보강편(15A)(15B)으로 각각 구성되는 제2,3 상부편(14A)(14B)을 설치하여 지그(2)를 선택적으로 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 버스의 앞범퍼 장착용 지그.
