Abstract

본 발명은 캠샤프트용 지그에 관한 것으로, 베이스 플레이트상에 소정의 거리만큼 이격되게 어댑터를 배설하고 그 중앙지점에서 캠샤프트 자체하중과 가공시 절삭력에 의해 캠샤프트의 미세한 정도의 처짐도 방지하도록 방진용 지지블럭이 고정되며, 상기 어댑터 외측으로부터 관통삽입되어 크랭크 샤프트의 센터를 잡도록 센터핀이 각각 부착된 볼트와 상기 각 어댑터 외측면에 고정되어 볼트를 가이드하는 볼트가이드가 정착되어 있으며, 위치 기준핀이 어댑터에 장착되어 캠샤프트를 90°씩 인덱싱 하도록 구성되어 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 캠샤프트용 지그에 있어서, 베이스 플레이트와 그 위에 설정 위치변경 가능하게 장착된 2개의 어댑터, 상기 어댑터 각각에 형성된 구멍에 이동가능하게 장착되어 캠샤프트 단부의 센터에서 결합되는 센터핀을 단부에 구비한 볼트, 상기 어댑터에 고착되어 볼트를 지지 및 가이드하는 가이드 부재, 상기 2개의 어댑터 사이에서 배설된 캠샤프트 방진용 지지블럭을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 캠샤프트용 지그.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 어댑터는 베이스 플레이트에 형성된 가이드홈에 슬라이드 가능하게 장착되어 소정의 위치에서 볼트에 의해 위치고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠샤프트용 지그.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 어댑터들중 어느 하나에는 위치 기준핀이 제공되어 캠샤프트를 가공시 90°인덱싱하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 캠샤프트용 지그.
