Abstract

저품위 운모정광으로 부터 고품위 백운모 정광만을 회수하고자 하는 선별방법 및 공정에 관한 것으로서 저품위 원광석을 1차, 2차 파쇄기(1)(2)로 파쇄하고 이를 다시 분쇄기(3)로 분쇄한후, 분쇄된 산물을 마광기(5)로 다시 마광하고 이를 사분기(60)로 사분하면 보통 0.2mm 떠는 0.3mm크기 이상 정도의 사상산물만을 얻는다. 이때 제거되는 0.2~0.3mm 크기 이상의 건조된 사상산물을 얻는다. 이때 제거되는 0.2~0.3mm크기 이상의 건조된 사상산물을 Z형 수직분리기(10)의 상부의 호퍼에 저장하였다가 기계를 작동하면서 자동 급광토록 하며, 급광 산물은 분리기의 상부로 부터 Z형의 홈통으 따라 낙하할 때 운모만은 분리기의 상부측면으로 회수되고, 나머지 불순광물들은 하부쪽으로 떨어져 분리제거된다. 이때, 1차 운모정광은 백운모, 흑운모, 일부 소량의 불순광물들이 있으므로 이를 자력선별기(13)에 급광하면 자성산물로 흑운모, 기타 소량의 불순광물들이 자성산물로 완전제거되고, 비자성산물로 백운모만이 최종 운모정광으로 회수되어 용도에 따라 미세마광하여 각종 정밀화학용 원료로 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 저품위 운모 원광석을 1,2차 파쇄(1)(2)하고, 이를 다시 분쇄(30-마광(5)하여 사분함으로서 0.2~0.3mm크기의 사상산물을 얻고, 이를 Z형 수직분리기의 상부에 공급하여 Z형 수직분리기의 Z형의 홈통을 따라 낙하시켜 광물의 비중과 입형 차이에 따라 불순광물들은 그대로 낙하하고, 운모 정광은 상부측면으로 분리회수한후 이를 다시 자력선별(13)하여 흑운모 기타 소량의 불순광물들을 자성산물로 제거하므로서 최종백운모 정광을 회수할 수 있는 특징으로 하는 저품위 운모의 정제방법.
