Abstract

본 발명은 찜질팩에 관한 것으로, 특히크리스탈폴리머파우더(Crystal Polymer Powder)를 이용하여 열과 함께 증기를 발산시키게 하므로서 찜질효과를 극대화한 찜질팩에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 상기 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은, 합성수지재 주머니에 크리스탈폴리머파우터를 충진시키고, 외피에는 다수의 증기배출구를 형성하며, 외피의 안쪽으로는 표면에 다수의 세라믹돌기를 형성시킨 TC 원단을 합치시킨 구성의 찜질팩을 제공한다.
이러한 구성의 찜질팩을 뜨거운 물에 담구게 되면, 충진된 건조 결정상태의 크리스탈폴리머파우더는 부풀면서 뜨거운 물을 함침시키게 되며, 소정의 찜질팩형태를 이루게된다.
따라서, 종래에서와 같이 물을 이용한 찜질팩이 안게 되는 제반 문제점을 해결하게 되며, 특히 열의 발생과 더불어 수증기를 발산시키게 하므로서 찜질의 본래 목적을 달성하게 되며, 재사용의 절차 및 취급이 간편하게 되며, 반 영구적인 수명을 갖게 되는 등의 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 상피(3)에 다수의 배출공(6)을 형성하며, 표면에 다수의 세라믹돌기(8)를 형성시킨 직물지(7)를 상피(3)의 안쪽면에 합치시키며, 크리스탈폴리머파우더(9)를 충진시켜 하피(4)에 고주파융착시키게 하므로서 가열시 크리스탈폴리머파우더(9)가 수분 및 열을 비축하면서 불어나게 되며 사용시 열과 함께 배출공(6)을 통하여 수증기가 발산되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 찜질팩.
