본 발명은 듀얼게이트 모스페트(DUAL-GATE MOSFET)를 이용한 튜너에 관한 것으로, 안테나를 통한 RF신호가 RF앰프를 통해 소정크기로 증폭되어 입력 임피던스가 매칭된 다음, 듀얼게이트 모스페트의 제 1 게이트로 제공되고, LO 로부터 발생되는 극초단파의 DC 성분이 C4를 통해 차단되어 듀얼게이트 모스페트의 제 2 게이트로 제공되며, 듀얼게이트 모스페트를 통해 두 신호가 믹싱된 다음 IF 매칭부를 통해 출력 임피던스가 매칭되어 IF 신호가 출력되므로써, RF 신호와 극초단파가 서로 절연되어 듀얼게이트 모스페트로 제공되므로, 두 신호간의 간섭을 방지할 수 있고, 듀얼게이트 모스페트의 동작점의 변화가 작기 때문에 DC 바이어스 변화에 덜 민감하며, 듀얼게이트 모스페트 자제특성상 크로스 모듈레이션과 인터모듈레이션 특성이 우수하여 보다 안정된 IF 신호를 출력할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a tuner using a dual-gate MOSFET, wherein an RF signal through an antenna is amplified to a predetermined size through an RF amplifier to match an input impedance, and then a first gate of the dual-gate MOSFET.
