Abstract

(+)단자로서의 캡 어셈블리와 전기적으로 접속되는 양극판을 제조함에 있어서, 활물질의 충전 용량을 향상시키고자 한다. 궁극적으로, 전지의 충, 방전 특성을 향상시킨다.
양극판을 구성하는 집전체의 탭부 부착 부위를 압착하고 탭부를 용접하는 공정과, 상기 탭부를 제외한 집전체의 표면에 양극 활물질을 도포 및 건조하는 공정을 포함하는 알카리 2차 전지의 전극 제조방법을 제안한다.

  1. (+)단자로서의 캡 어셈블리와 전기적으로 접속되는 양극판을 형성하기 위한 알카리 2차 전지의 전극 제조방법에 있어서, 양극판을 구성하는 베이스판으로서의 집전체를 압착하고 탭부를 용접하는 공정과, 상기 탭부를 제외한 집전체의 표면에 양극 활물질을 도포 및 건조하는 공정을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 알카리 2차 전지의 전극 제조방법.
