Abstract

본 발명은 알카리 아연 2차전지용 아연전극에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 집전체 양면에 반구형의 요홈을 다수 형성한 후 상기 요홈을 중심방향으로 상호 통공되도록 형성시키고, 상기 집전체 표면과 반구형 요홈에 아연 및 산화물을 주성분으로 하는 활물질을 형성시키 것으로 이루어지므로써 전지의 충방전효율을 향상시키고 수명을 연장시킬 수 있는 밀폐형 알카리 아연 2차전지용 아연전극에 관한 것이다.

제1(가) 및 (나)도는 각각 종래의 아연전극 집전체의 부분확대 정면도 및 호올 단면도이고, 제2(가) 및 (나)도는 각각 본 발명의 아연전극 집전체의 부분확대 정면도 및 호올 단면도이며, 제3도는 종래 및 본 발명의 아연전극을 사용한 전지의 충방전 싸이클 수명특성을 비교한 그래프이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 집전체 양면에 반구형의 요홈을 다수 형성한 후 상기 요홈을 중심방향으로 상호 통공되도록 형성시키고, 상기 집전체 표면과 반구형 요홈에 아연 및 아연 산화물을 주성분으로 하는 활물질을 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 알카리 아연 2차전지용 아연전극.
