본 발명은 리튬 1차전지의 와인딩어세이 제조시 리튬포일의 슬립에러에 따른 캐소드와의 길이차를 방지하도록 임의의 길이로 기 공급된 캐소드(22)를 동기검출기(110)(111)와 수신기(120)(121)가 각기 설치위치에서 측정한 캐소드(22)의 길이값 a1, b1에 라인센서(130)가 측정한 최종 길이값 x1을 출력하여 이 출력신호에 따라 컨트롤러(140)가 보빈(30)에서 피딩룰러(170)를 거쳐 피딩되는 리튬포일(21)의 길이값 (a+b+x)1을 센서(150)가 감지하여 컨트롤러(140)의 지령신호를 받는 커터(160)가 측정길이만큼 커팅하므로 정밀한 작업에 다른 생산성향상 및 리튬포일과 캐소드간의 절연성의 향상에 따른 리튬포일과 캐소드간의 단락이나 전해액과의 산화작용이 발생됨을 방지하여 전지의 폭발까지도 예방하는 효과를 갖는 것이다.The present invention provides a cathode 22, which is supplied with a predetermined length, to prevent a difference in length with a cathode due to a slip error of a lithium foil in the manufacture of a winding assay of a lithium primary battery, the synchronous detectors 110 and 111 and a receiver.
