Abstract

광검출기용 위치검출센서가 개시되어 있다. 이 개시된 위치검출센서는 빔을 출사하는 광원과, 이 광원에서 출사된 빔을 수광할 수 있도록 적어도 이분할된 광검출기와, 광원과 광검출기가 각각 소정위치에 설치되며 액츄에이터의 베이스에 고정된 하우징과, 액츄에이터의 보빈에 고정되고 광원에서 출사된 빔의 통과 영역을 제한하는 구경을 갖는 어퍼쳐를 구비하며, 광원과 광검출기 사이의 광경로 상에 빔확산부재가 더 구비되어 광검출기에 입사되는 빔의 균일성이 향상되도록 된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 빔을 출사하는 광원과, 이 광원에서 출사된 빔을 수광할 수 있도록 적어도 이분할된 광검출기와, 상기 광원과 광검출기가 각각 소정위치에 설치되며 액츄에이터의 베이스에 고정된 하우징과, 액츄에이터의 보빈에 고정되고 상기 광원에서 출사된 빔의 통과 영역을 제한하는 구경을 갖는 어퍼쳐를 구비한 광픽업장치용 위치검출센서에 있어서, 상기 광원과 광검출기 사이의 광경로 상에 빔확산부재가 더 구비되어 상기 광검출기에 입사되는 빔의 균일성이 향상되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업장치용 위치검출센서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 빔확산부재는 상기 광원에서 출사된 빔을 소정 각도로 발산시켜 빔 균일성을 유지하도록 된 오목렌즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업장치용 위치검출센서.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 빔확산부재는 중앙부에 비해 그 주변의 투과율이 높도록 된 투명부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업장치용 위치검출센서.
