Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 엔진오일의 온도를 설정된 온도로 조절하여 엔진 마찰시험, 오일압력측정 및 엔진성능시험 등을 정확하게 측정하도록 한 차량의 엔진오일용 온도조절시험장치에 관한 것으로, 엔진의 오일팬(1)에 연결하여 엔진오일을 오일가열통(2)으로 강제적으로 압송하는 제1펌프(3) 및 제1구동모터(4)와, 오일가열통(2)내에 설치하여 엔진오일을 설정된 온도로 가열하는 히터(5)와, 오일가열통(2)내의 엔진오일을 오일팬(1)으로 다시 회수되도록 엔진오일을 강제적으로 압송하는 제2펌프(6) 및 제2구동 모터(7)와, 오일팬(1)과 제2펌프(6)사이에 설치되어 엔진오일을 냉각시키는 쿨러(8)와, 쿨러(8)로 공급되는 냉각수의 양을 자유로이 조절하도록 원격 조정에 의하여 개폐되어 엔진오일의 온도를 정확히 조정하는 원격조정밸브(9)와, 오일가열통(2)과 제2펌프(6)를 연결하여 필요시 오일팬(1)으로 회수되는 오일을 오일가열통(2)으로 재공급하도록 하는 개폐밸브(10)로 차량의 엔진오일용 온도조절시험장치를 구성한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 엔진의 오일팬에 연결하여 엔진오일을 오일가열통으로 강제적으로 압송하는 제1펌프 및 제1구동모터와, 오일가열통내에 설치하여 엔진오일을 설정된 온도로 가열하는 히터와, 오일가열통내의 엔진오일을 오일팬으로 다시 회수되도록 엔진오일을 강제적으로 압송하는 제2펌프 및 제2구동모터와, 오일팬과 제2펌프 사이에 설치되어 엔진오일을 냉각시키는 쿨러와, 쿨러로 공급되는 냉각수의 양을 자유로이 조절하도록 원격조정에 의하여 개폐되어 엔진오일의 온도를 정확히 조정하는 원격조절밸브와, 오일가열통과 제2펌프를 연결하여 필요시 오일팬으로 회수되는 오일을 오일가열통으로 재공급하도록 하는 개폐밸브로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진오일용 온도조절시험장치.
