Abstract
본 발명은 하수 펌프 스테이션에 있는 펌프의 제동을 위한 제어 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따라, 모터로의 전류 공급은 펌프가 공기 흡입을 시작할 정도로 물 높이가 떨어질 때까지 모터가 소정 시간 동안 작동되도록 제어된다.

Claims (3)
- 하수 펌프 스테이션에 배치된 수중 사용가능 펌프용 구동 모터와 같은 전기 모터를 작동중에 간헐적으로 멈추도록 제어하는 방법으로, 모터의 시동 및 제동은 펌프 스테이션에서의 하수 높이 혹은 그밖에 측정가능한 전기적 매개 변수의 전류 소모량에 의존하며, 모터의 제동은 물 높이가 모터의 상부에까지 이르렀을 때 정상적으로 개시되는, 전기 모터를 작동중에 간헐적으로 멈추도록 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 펌프 혹은 펌프들이 공기흡입을 시작하기까지 하부 높이로의 펌핑 다운 작용은 한 번에 걸쳐서 혹은 하루에 일정 횟수로 혹은 일정수의 펌프가 시동된 이후에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 모터를 작동중에 간헐적으로 멈추도록 제어하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제동은 전류의 절대치와, 그 값의 변화값 혹은 그 값의 급격한 변동에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 모터를 작동중에 간헐적으로 멈추도록 제어하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제동은 모터의 에너지 소모량 변화에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 모터를 작동중에 간헐적으로 멈추도록 제어하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
