Abstract

본 발명은 도로 청소용 그라인더에 관한 것으로, 하부에 임의 회동되는 다수의 캐스터가 설치되고, 상면 일측단으로부터는 손잡이가 설치된 육면체형의 수레와, 상기 수레의 선단에 고정·설치되며, 내부가 빈 소정 크기의 캡과, 상기 캡의 내부에 설치되며, 전류의 인가에 따라 정해진 방향으로 회동되는 모터와, 상기 모터의 축상에 키(Key)결합되고, 노면과 접촉된 상태에서 상기 모터의 구동방향을 따라 회동되면서 노면상에 도포된 페인트나 각종 이물질을 제거시켜주는 와이어브러쉬로 이루어지는 도로청소용 그라인더에 있어서, 상기 수레의 상면에 흡진수단과 물공급수단이 장착되고, 상기 캡의 상부에는 수레의 상면에 장착된 흡진수단 및 물공급수단에 연결되는 흡진관과 물공급관이 캡의 내부와 연통되게 형성되고, 상기 수레의 선단에는 내부가 빈 소정 길이의 결합홈이 형성되는 한편, 상기 결합홈에는 소정의 길이로 이루어지며, 선단에는 수직의 가이드편이 돌설된 연결편이 전후 미끄럼이동가능하게 끼워져 설치되고, 상기 캡의 일측면에는 상기 연결편상의 수직의 가이드편이 끼워지는 수직의 가이드홈이 형성되며, 상기 결합홈과 수직의 가이드홈에는 연결편과 수직의 가이드편의 위치고정을 위하여 외측으로부터 안쪽으로 다수의 고정스크류가 끼워지도록 구성하므로써 작업의 편리성을 높일 수 있도록 하고, 작업에 따른 환경 오염을 보다 효과적으로 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 하부에 임의 회동되는 다수의 캐스터(12)가 설치되고, 상면 일측단으로부터는 손잡이(14)가 설치된 육면체형의 수레(16)와, 상기 수레(16)의 선단에 고정·설치되며, 내부가 빈 소정크기의 캡(18)과, 상기 캡(18)의 내부에 설치되며, 전류의 인가에 따라 정해진 방향으로 회동되는 모터(20)와, 상기 모터(20)의 축상에 키(Key)결합되고, 노면과 접촉된 상태에서 상기 모터(30)의 구동방향을 따라 회동하면서 노면상에 도포된 페인트나 각종 이물질을 제거시켜 주는 와이어브러쉬(22)로 이루어지는 도로청소용 그라인더에 있어서, 상기 수레(16)의 상면에 흡진수단(42)과 물공급수단(44)이 장착되고, 상기 캡(18)의 상부에는 수레(16)의 상면에 장착된 흡진수단(42) 및 물공급수단(44)에 연결되는 흡진관(46)과 물공급관(48)이 캡(18)의 내부와 연통되게 형성되고, 상기 수레(16)의 선단에는 내부가 빈 소정길이의 결합홈(50)이 설치되는 한편, 상기 결합홈(50)에는 소정의 길이로 이루어지며, 선단에는 수직의 가이드편(52)이 돌설된 연결편(54)이 전후 미그럼이동가능하게 끼워져 설치되고, 상기 캡(18)의 일측면에는 상기 연결편(54)상의 수직의 가이드편(52)이 끼워지는 수직의 가이드홈(56)이 형성되며, 상기 결합홈(50)과 수직의 가이드홈(56)에는 상기 연결편(54)과 수직의 가이드편(52)의 위치고정을 위하여 외측으로부터 안쪽으로 다수의 고정스크류(58)가 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로청소용 그라인더.
