Abstract
중간 증류 석유 제품을 디왁싱하는 방법은 약 160℃-500℃범위의 비등점을 갖는 중간 증류 석유 부분을 반응 지역으로 유입시키고 약 500℉-700℉ 온도와 약 300psig-2000psig 압력의 반응지대에서 중간 증류 석유 부분을 니켈 함유 실리카라이트 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함한다.

Claims (20)
- 약 160℃-500℃범위에서 비등점을 갖는 중간 증류 석유 부분을 반응지역에 유입시키고, 니켈 함유 실리카라이트 촉매 존재하에서 약 500℉-700℉ 온도로 반응지역에서 중간 증류 석유 부분을 디왁싱하는 것을 포함하는 중간 증류 석유제품을 디왁싱하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 니켈 포화된 실리카라이트 촉매가 약 0.1wt%∼5wt% 니켈을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응지역이 300psig-2000psig 압력으로 유지되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중간 증류 석유 부분이 디젤, 등유, 저비중 순환 오일과 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응지역이 약 0.1hr-1-30hr-1의 매시간당 액체공간 속도로 작동되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응지역이 더우기 중간 증류 석유 부분의 가수소탈황에 적당한 촉매를 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 니켈 함유 실리카라이트 촉매가 약 0.1-2㎛범위의 결정 입자 크기를 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소가 중간 증류 부분의 흐름을 기초로 약 300SCFB-2000SCF 비율로 반응지역에 유입되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중간 증류 부분이 약 500℉와 850℉ 사이의 온도에서 디왁싱되는 방법.
- 약 160℃-500℃범위에서 비등점을 갖는 중간 증류 석유 부분을 반응지역에 유입시키고; 약 0.1%-5% 니켈을 포함하는 니켈 함유 실리카라이트 촉매 존재하에서 약 500℉-700℉ 온도로 반응지역에서 중간 증류 석유 부분을 디왁싱하는 것을 포함하는 중간 증류 석유 제품을 디왁싱하는 방법.
