Abstract

Claims (5)

  1. 수용액성 서스펜션내에서의 아크릴적 단위체들의 중합화 공정으로서, 적어도 하나의 공단위체가 물 100g에 대하여 적어도 5g의 용해도를 가지고, 다음으로부터 선택된 중합체적 서스펜딩 시료와 단위체내에 용해 가능한 라디칼 개시체의 존재하에, 수용성 공단위체를 60중량%까지 함유하는 공중합체들을 얻기 위하여: a) 다음과 같은 화학식의 동중합체들:
    여기서, R1은 H 또는 CH3: R2와 R3는 동일하거나 다르고, H 또는 알킬들 C1-C8이고, 선택적으로 가능하면 가지 달린 것이다: M은 알칼린 또는 알칼린-토 금속 또는 암모늄이고 A는 NH, O 또는 NCH3임, b) 화학식 (I)의 상기 화합물과 최대 40중량%의 아크릴적 단위체들의 공중합체들, 중합화 수용액상은 전적으로 또는 부분적으로, 심지어 생성하기 위한 중합체를 위하여 사용되는 것과 다른 아크릴적 단위체의 중합화로부터 얻어지고, 비드들의 분리 후에 수용성 공단위체를 함유하지 않는 모수(mother water)에 의하여 형성되고, 상기 모수는 서스펜딩 시료와 중합화 도중에 얻어지는 다른 생성물들에 의하여 형성되는 유기상을 함유하고, 선택적으로 상기 서스펜딩 시료의 더한 양이 더해져서 서스펜딩 시료가 0.01 내지 1중량%, 상기 언급한 중합화 도중에 형성된 생성물들이 0.05내지 5중량%를 함유하는 수용액상을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용액성 서스펜션내에서의 아크릴적 단위체들의 중합화 공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용액 상은 상기에서 언급한 중합화 도중에 얻어지는 다른 생성물들이 0.05 내지 1.5중량%, 서스펜딩 시료를 0.03 내지 0.3중량% 농도로 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 적어도 하나의 공단위체가 수용성인 수용액성 서스펜션내에서의 아크릴적 단위체들의 중합화 공정.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 공정은 물과 단위체의 비율이 1.5 : 1 내지 2.5:1인 것임을 특징으로 하는 수용액성 서스펜션내에서의 아크릴적 단위체들의 중합화 공정.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 단위체적 혼합물은 다음에 의하여 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 적어도 하나의 공단위체가 수용성인 수용액성 서스펜션내에서의 아크릴적 단위체들의 중합화 공정:
    a1) 선형 또는 가능하다면 가지 달린 하나나 그 이상의 C1-C8알킬아크릴레이트들 또는 메타아크릴레이트들로서 예를 들면, 메탈(메타)아크릴레이트, 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 프로필(메타)아크릴레이트, 이소프로필(메타)아크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레이트, 2차-부틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 3차-부틸(메타)아크릴레이트:b1) 23℃에서 100g의 물에 대하여 적어도 5g의 물에 대한 용해도를 가지는 하나나 그 이상의 단위체들로서, 일반적으로 최대 60중량%, 바람직하게는 50중량%의 양으로서 예를 들어 아크릴릭, 메타아크릴릭 산, 아크릴아미드, 하이드록시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 하이드록시프로필(메타)아크릴레이트: c1) 선택적으로 최대 50중량%의 양의 다른 단위체로서, 예를 들어 스티렌, 알파-메틸-스티렌, (메타)아크릴로니트릴, 1 내지 10 탄소 원자들의 알킬과 6 내지 12 탄소 원자들로부터의 아릴을 가지는 n-알킬, 또는 아릴-말이미드들, 부타디엔, 스티렌 설포닉, N-비닐피롤리돈.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식(I)의 서스펜딩 시료는 다음으로부터 선택되어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 적어도 하나의 공단위체가 수용성인 수용액성 서스펜션내에서의 아크릴적 단위체들의 중합화 공정: 소디움 2-아크릴아미도-2-메틸프로판설포네이트, 소디움 2-메타아크릴아미도-2-메틸프로판설포네이트, 소디움2-아크릴아미도프로판설포네이트. 소디움 2-아크릴아미도-2-에탄설포네이트.
