Abstract

본 발명은 음료수, 연탁액 등에 포함되어 있는 생체 또는 제품에 위해를 초래하는 중금속 성분 및 세균을 제거하기 위하여 휠타 또는 여과장치로 사용하게 되는 세라믹 휠타 제조법과 용도에 관한 것으로서 다공질 수산아파타이트(Ca10(PO4)6(OH2)와 규조토를 혼합하여 공지의 접착제인 알진산등의 접착제와 수분을 가하여 가압성형한 후 20°~50℃에서 약 70시간 건조하고 다시 100°~150℃의 온도하에서 2시간 건조하여 700°~750℃의 온도에서 가열소성함과, 다공질수산 아파타이트의 구조토를 혼합하여 중금속 흡착성이 뛰어난 세라믹 휠타를 제조하여 이를 정수기, 양조식품, 의약품, 화학처리용 등에 이용하는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 다공질 수산 아파타이트(Ca10(PO4)6(OH2)와 규조토를 혼합하여 공지의 접착제인 알진산등의 접착제와 수분을 가하여 가압성형한 후 20°~50℃에서 약 70시간 건조하고 다시 100°~150℃의 온도하에서 2시간 건조하여 700°~750℃의 온도에서 가열소성함을 특징으로 하는 복합 세라믹 휠타 제조방법.
  2. 다공질수산 아파타이트와 규조토를 혼합하여 중금속 흡착성이 뛰어난 세라믹 휠타를 제조하여 이를 정수기, 양조식품, 의약품, 화학처리용 등에 이용함을 특징으로 한 복합세라믹 휠타의 용도.
