Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 건축물의 시멘트콘크리트 내력벽을 보강하기 위한 폴리머모르터조성물 및 그 조성물을 이용하여 내력벽을 보강하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
종래의 시멘트콘크리트에 비하여 경화시간이 짧아 조기에 고강도의 발현이 가능함으로서 시공에 필요한 시간을 크게 단축시킬 수 있고, 얇은 두께로 시공하였을 경우에도 인장, 휨 및 압축 등의 각종 외부하중에 대한 내하력이 현저히 높아 시공후 건축물의 내부 바닥면적에서 차지하는 면적이 작으며, 동결융해에 대한 저항성, 수밀성, 각종 침식성 약품에 대한 화학적 저항성 및 내마모성에 있어서도 우수한 소재를 사용하여 내력벽을 보강하고자 하는 것이다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명에서는 경화촉진제가 포함되어 있는 에폭시수지나 비닐에스터수지 혹은 불포화폴리에스터수지 등의 열경화수지 10 내지 16%(w/w)와, 중질탄산칼슘(heavy clcium carbonate), 플라이애쉬, 석분 등의 충전재 10 내지 16%(w/w)와, 4메쉬 내지 100메쉬의 입도를 갖는 세골재 62 내지 78%(w/w)로 구성된 폴리머 모르터를 이용하여 내력벽을 보강함으로써 상기의 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
본 발명의 내력벽보강용 폴리머모르터는 주로 건축물의 내력벽을 보강하는데 이용될 수 있으며, 보조적으로 화장판 등의 제조에도 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 경화촉진제가 포함되어 있는 에폭시수지나 비닐에스터수지 혹은 불포화 포리에스터수지 등의 열경화성수지 10 내지 16%(w/w)와, 중질탄산칼슘(heavy calcium carbonate), 플라이애쉬, 석분등의 충전재 10 내지 16%(w/w), 4메쉬 내지 100메쉬의 입도를 갖는 세골재 62 내지 78%(w/w)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내벽력 보강용 모르터조성물.
  2. 내벽력을 보강하는 방법에 있어서, 내력벽의 양측면을 폴리머페이스트로 도포하여 접착층을 형성하고, 경화촉진제가 포함되어 있는 에폭시수지나 비닐에스터수지 혹은 불포화폴리에스터수지등의 열경화성수지 10 내지 16%(w/w)와, 중질탄산칼슘(heavy calcium carbonate), 플라이애쉬, 석분등의 충전재 10 내지 16%(w/w), 4메쉬 내지 100메쉬의 입도를 갖는 세골재 62 내지 78%(w/w)로 구성되는 모르터조성물과 와이어메쉬, 직조유리섬유등의 보강재를 이용하여 제조된 프리캐스트 판넬을 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내벽력의 보강방법.
  3. 내력벽의 보강방법에 있어서, 기존의 내력벽의 벽면에 보강재를 설치한 후, 경화촉진제가 포함되어 있는 에폭시수지나 비닐에스터수지 혹은 불포화포리에스터수지 등의 열경화성 수지 10 내지 16%(w/w)와, 중질탄산칼슘(heavy calcium carbonate), 플라이애쉬, 석분 등의 충전재 10 내지 16%(w/w)와, 4메쉬 내지 100메쉬의 입도를 갖는 세골재 62 내지 78%(w/w)로 구성되는 모르터조성물을 벽면에 직접 타설함을 특징으로 하는 내력벽 보강방법.
