Abstract

클러치 페달의 작동으로 마스터 실린더에서 발생된 유압으로 클러치 본체를 작동시키도록 릴리이스 포오크를 제어하는 릴리이스 실린더와 마스터 실린더를 유압 라인을 연결하는 릴리이스 실린더 컨넥터 구조에 있어서, 제품의 제작공정을 간단하게 하고, 제품의 중량, 체적 및 제조 원가를 절감시키기 위하여; 상기 릴리이스 실린더의 일측에 탄성부재를 개재하여 삽입되는 쵸오크 밸브와; 상기 쵸오크 밸브의 전방과 마스터 실린더에서 발생된 유압을 공급하는 유압 라인의 선단이 결합되는 사이에 제공되어 쵸오크 밸브로 공급되는 유압을 제어하는 오리피스를 포함하는 릴리이스 실린더 컨넥터 구조.

Claims (2)

  1. 클러치 페달의 작동으로 마스터 실린더에서 발생된 유압으로 클러치 본체를 작동시키도록 릴리이스 포오크를 제어하는 릴리이스 실린더와 마스터 실린더를 유압 라인을 연결하는 릴리이스 실린더 컨넥터 구조에 있어서, 상기 릴리이스 실린더의 일측에 탄성부재를 개재하여 삽입되는 쵸오크 밸브와; 상기 쵸오크 밸브의 전방과 마스터 실린더에서 발생된 유압을 공급하는 유압 라인의 선단이 결합되는 사이에 제공되어 쵸오크 밸브로 공급되는 유압을 제어하는 오리피스; 를 포함하는 릴리이스 실린더 컨넥터 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오리피스는 유압 라인과 대향하는 측에는 유압라인의 선단과 밀봉 작용을 하도록 콘 형상으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 릴리이스 실린더 컨넥터 구조.
