Abstract

본 발명은 치과에서 사용하는 치아모형(齒牙權型)의 제조방법 및 이 제조방법으로 생성된 치아모형에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 치아모형을 형성하는 잇몸과 치아의 색상이 석고 고유의 색상인 백색으로 형성되어 잇몸과 치아의 구별이 선명하게 이루어지지 않는 관계로 치아의 교정 및 의치의 제작에는 상당한 애로점이 발생된다.
따라서, 인상공정, 제1차 주조공정, 절단공정, 삽입공정, 제2차 주조공정, 완성공정으로 이루어지는 본 발명은 제조공정이 간편하면서도, 치아모형(10)이 합성수지 계통인 플라스틱으로 형성되어 매우 견고한 것으로서 파손될 염려가 전혀 없는 것이며, 특히 붉은색 계통의 색상을 갖는 잇몸(11)과 백색 계통의 색상을 갖는 치아(12)의 구별이 선명하게 이루어지는 관계로 치아의 교정 밑 의치의 제작이 편리하고 치형에 맞는 정확한 의치를 제작할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 소정의 크기로, 형성되는 형틀(20)에 담겨진 인상재(30)를 사용하여 환자의 잇몸(11a)과 치아(12a)를 각인시키는 인상공정과; 소정의 시간이 경과하여 인상재(30)가 응고되면 이에 각인된 홈(31) 사이에 합성수지 재질의 성형재(40)를 주입시키는 제1차 주조공정과; 제1차 주조공정에 의하여 완성된 성형재(40)가 응고되면 잇몸(11) 부위에서 치아(12)부분을 도려내는 절단공정과; 절단된 치아(12)를 인상재(30)의 각인된 홈(31)에 끼워지게하는 삽입공정과; 절단된 치아(12)가 끼워진 인상재(30)의 각인된 홈(31)에 유색 합성수지재질의 성형재(41)를 주입시켜 형틀(20)의 상부까지 채우는 제2차 주조공정과; 제2차 주조공정에 의하여 주입된 성형재(41)가 응고되면 형틀(20)에서 분리시켜 완전한 치아모형(10)이 성형되는 완성공정에 의하여 치아모형(10)이 제조되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 치아모형의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항의 공정에 의하여 제조되며, 유색을 지닌 잇몸(11)의 상부에는 기판(13)이 일체로 형성되고 잇몸(11)의 하부에는 백색을 기진 치아(12)가 형성되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 치아모형.
