Abstract

기판상에 부품을 실장하는 부품실장 장치가 개시되어 있다. 이 개시된 부품실장 장치는 상호 소정 간격 이격 설치된 한쌍의 갠트리(gantry)형 프레임(40)과, 프레임(40) 상부 각각에 마련된 가이드레일(41)과, 가이드레일(41)에 걸쳐 양단부가 움직가능하게 결합된 복수개의 제1이송부(42)와, 제1이송부(42) 각각이 가이드레일(41)에 대하여 독립적으로 움직일 수 있도록 제1이송부(42)의 양단부중 적어도 일단부에 설치된 제1리니어모터(43)와, 제1이송부(42) 각각에 그 배열방향으로 움직가능하게 결합된 적어도 하나의 제2이송부(44)와, 제2이송부(44)에 결합되어 기판의 장착위치에 부품을 실장하는 적어도 하나의 헤드부(30)와, 헤드부(30)에 부품을 공급하는 공급부(45)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 상호 소정 간격 이격 설치된 한쌍으 갠트리(gantry)형 프레임과, 상기 프레임 상부 각각에 마련된 가이드레일과, 상기 가이드레일에 걸쳐 양단부가 움직가능하게 결합된 복수개의 제1이송부와, 상기 제1이송부 각각이 상기 가이드레일에 대하여 독립적으로 움직일 수 있도록 상기 제1이송부의 양단부중 적어도 일단부에 설치된 제1리니어모터와, 상기 제1이송부 각각에 그 배열방향으르 움직가능하게 결합된 적어도 하나의 제2이송부와, 상기 제2이송부에 결합되어 기판의 장착위치에 부품을 실장하는 적어도 하나의 헤드부와, 상기 헤드부에 부품을 공급하는 공급부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 부품실장 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2이송부는 상기 제1이송부 각각에 대하여 복수개 구비되고, 독립적으로 구동될 수 있도록 상기 제1이송부와 제2이송부 사이에 제2리니어모터를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 부품실장 장치.
