Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
팩스데이타 전송기능의 휴대형 정보단말기에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
제한된 메모리를 이용하여 다량의 팩스데이타를 전송한다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명에 따른 팩스데이타 전송장치는 전송을 위한 데이터를 페이지 단위의 이미지데이타로서 생성하고, 페이지단위의 이미지데이타를 16라인 단위의 MH코드데이타로서 변환한 후 팩스데이타로서 전송하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 팩스데이타 전송장치는 페이지단위의 이미지데이타를 저장할 수 있는 제1메모리와, 16라인단위의 MH코드데이타를 저장할 수 있는 제2메모리를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

다량의 팩스데이타 전송이 가능한 휴대형 정보단말기.

Claims (9)

  1. 휴대형 정보단말기의 팩스데이타 전송방법에 있어서, 전송을 위한 데이타를 페이지단위로 입력하여 이미지데이타로서 생성하는 이미지데이타 생성과정과, 상기 생성된 이미지데이타를 변형허프만코드데이타로서 변환하는 데이타 변환과정과, 상기 변환된 변형허프만코드데이타를 모뎀을 통해 통신라인을 통해 전송하는 데이타 전송과정으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 팩스데이타 전송방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생성된 이미지데이타를 미리 설정된 라인단위로 분할하는 데이타 분할과정을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 팩스데이타 전송방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 데이타 분할과정은 상기 생성된 이미지데이타를 16라인단위로 분할하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팩스 데이타 전송방법.
  4. 휴대형 정보단말기에 있어서, 전송을 위한 데이타를 페이지단위로 입력하는 데이타 입력수단과, 상기 데이타 입력수단을 통해 입력되는 데이타를 이미지데이타로 생성하는 이미지데이타 생성수단과, 상기 생성된 이미지데이타를 변형허프만코드데이타로 변환하는 데이타 변환수단과, 상기 변환된 변형허프만코드데이타를 통신라인을 통해 전송하는 전송수단으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 팩스데이타 전송장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 데이타 변환수단은 상기 생성된 이미지데이타를 미리 설정된 라인단위로 분할하여 변형허프만코드데이타로 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팩스데이타 전송장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 데이타 변환수단은 상기 생성된 이미지데이타를 16라인단위로 분할하여 변형허프만코드데이타로 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팩스데이타 전송장치.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 생성된 이미지데이타 및 상기 변환된 변형허프만코드데이타를 일시적으로 각각 저장하는 제1 메모리 및 제2 메모리를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 팩스데이타 전송장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1메모리는 페이지단위의 데이타를 저장하는 버퍼메모리임을 특징으로 하는 팩스데이타 전송장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2메모리는 16라인단위의 데이타를 저장하는 버퍼메모리임을 특징으로 하는 팩스데이타 전송장치.
