Abstract

본 발명은 용융탄산염 연료전지용 분리판에 관한 것이다. 판상의 피처리물질에 AlxNiy합금금속(x=25-75atom%, y=25-75atom% x+y=100)을 코팅하여 된 것으로, 용융탄산염 연료전지용 분리판으로 사용할 때 용융탄산염에 대한 내식성을 갖게 한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 연료전지용 분리판에 있어서, 소정넓이의 판상의 퍼처리물; 및 퍼처리물에 소정의 두께로 코팅된 Al-Ni합금을 포함하는 용융탄산염 연료전지용 분리판.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, Al-Ni의 합금은 25-75atom%의 Al과, 25-75atom%의 Ni임을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지용 분리판.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, Al-Ni합금의 코팅 방법은 스프레이법을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지용 분리판.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, Al-Ni합금의 코팅 방법은 물리증착법을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 탄산염 연료전지용 분리판.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 피처리물은 스테인리스 스틸을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지용 분리판.
