Abstract

본 발명은 심사를 효과사가 감싸는 형태로 구성되는 혼섬사의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 기존의 합사기의 가이드바와 스탠드 사이에 제2스탠드를 설치하여, 심사보빈을 상기 스탠드에, 효과사 보빈을 상기 제2스탠드에 재치시키고, 상기 심사를 효과사 보빈의 중심개구부를 통과시켜 효과사의 보빈으로 부터 풀려나오는 효과사와 함께 합사기에 공급하여 심사를 중심으로 효과사가 상기 싱사를 감쌀 수있도록 합사하고, 상기 권취된 혼섬사를 2차적으로 연사기에서 800 내지 1200 T/H으로 가연하여 열세팅하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 무장력 하에서 작업을 가능하게 함으로써 생산성을 높이고, 심사의 존재에 의하여 심부의 필라멘트사의 강도를 보완함과 동시에 효과사로서 방적사 특유의 구김성을 없애고, 반발탄성과 드래프트성을 부여하여, 천연질감과 쾌적감을 극대화 시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 제조되어지는 혼섬사를 개략적으로 도시한 확대도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 기존의 합사기의 가이드바와 스탠드 사이에 제2스탠드를 설치하여, 심사보빈을 상기 스탠드에, 효과사 보빈을 상기 제2스탠드에 재치시키고, 상기 심사를 효과사 보빈의 중심개구부를 통과시켜 효과사의 보빈으로부터 풀려나오는 효과사와 함께 합사기에 공급하여 심사를 중심으로 효과사가 상기 심사를 감쌀 수 있도록 합사하고, 상기 권취된 혼섬사를 2차적으로 연사기에서 800내지 1200T/M으로 가연하여 열세팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼섬사의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 심사가 폴리에스터 장섬유이고 상기 효과사가 폴리노직 방적사인 것을 특징으로하는 혼섬사의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 가연시 가연 방향을 효과사의 연방향과 반대방향으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 혼섬사의 제조방법.
