Abstract
본 발명은 폴리에스테르 제조시 특수효과를 부여하기 위하여 무기입자를 첨가할 경우에 야기되는 무기입자의 응집으로 인한 최종 섬유제조공정중의 사절(絲切)을 방지하기 위하여, 다음 일반식(Ⅰ) 및/또는 (Ⅱ)의 분산제를 투입하여 입자분산성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 수지를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

(R30)m-Zr-(0-Y-R4)n(Ⅱ)
상기 식에서 R1, R2, R3, R4는 각각 탄소수 1∼8의 알킬기이고, X, Y는 각각 알킬레이트, 카보닐, 설포닐, 페놀릭, 포스페이트, 파이로 포스페이트, 포스파이트 중에서 선택되고, m, n은 각각 1∼4의 정수이다.

Claims (4)
- 산성분의 적어도 90몰%가 테레프탈산인 이 관능성 카르복실산과 디올 화합물의 적어도 90몰%가 에틸렌글리콜인 글리콜과의 직접에스테르화법에 의한 폴리에스테르 제조방법에 있어 무기입자 투입시, 일반식(Ⅰ), (Ⅱ)로 표시되는 분산제중 하나 또는 둘을 혼합하여 중축합반응이 완료되기 이전 시점에 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자분산성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 수지의 제조방법.(R1O)m-Ti-(0-X-R2)n(Ⅰ)(R30)m-Zr-(0-Y-R4)n(Ⅱ)상기 식에서 R1, R2, R3, R4는 각각 탄소수 1∼8의 알킬기이고, X, Y는 각각 알킬레이트, 카보닐, 설포닐, 페놀릭, 포스페이트, 파이로 포스페이트, 포스파이트 중에서 선택되고, m, n은 각각 1∼4의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산제는 m=1, n=3의 모노알콕시 형태, m=4, n=2의 코오디네이트 형태, m=1, n=2의 킬레이트 형태, m=1, n=2 또는 3인 쿼트형태, m=1, n=3인 네오알콕시 형태 또는 m=1, n=1의 시클로 헤테로 아톰 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자분산성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 분산제의 혼합비는 (Ⅰ)/(Ⅱ)=100/0∼0/100임을 특징으로 하는 입자분산성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산제의 투입량은 투입되는 무기입자에 대하여 0.01∼10중량%임을 특징으로 하는 입자분산성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 수지의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
