Abstract
본 발명은 엘리베이터 카의 위치 검출장치의 고장유무를 판정하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 위치 검출장치의 동작시간을 체크하여 고장유무를 판단함으로써 운전의 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것으로, 엘리베이터카가 도어존에 진입하여 일정시간 이상 위치검출기가 온되어 있을 경우 고장처리하는 과정과, 엘리베이터 카가 도어존에 진입하고 위치검출기가 고장검출시간 이내에 다시 오프되는 경우에 경고신호를 발생하며 이를 카운트하여 소정횟수 이상 발생시는 고장처리하는 과정과, 위치검출기가 온되는 시간이 도어존 플레이트 통과시간보다 적을때 이를 카운트하였다가 실제의 도어존 갯수와 비교하여 상이할 시에는 경고신호를 발생하며 이를 카운트하여 소정횟수 이상 발생시는 고장처리하는 과정과, 엘리베이터 카의 출발시에 일정시간이내에 도어존을 탈출하지 않을때는 경고신호를 발생하는 과정으로 이루어짐으로써 달성되는 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for determining the presence or absence of a failure of the position detection device of the elevator car, in particular to check the operation time of the position detection device to determine the presence of the failure to improve the stability of operation, the elevator car door zone If the position detector is turned on for more than a certain time and the position detector is turned on, a process of troubleshooting is performed and a warning signal is generated when the elevator car enters the door zone and the position detector is turned off again within the fault detection time.
