Abstract
본 발명은 에어백 안전 시스템용 에어백 모듈기구에 관한 것이다. 에어백 모듈기구는 접혀진 가스백(5)과, 가스백의 가스 입구측 개방부의 전면에 위치하는 디퓨저(22)와, 압축 가스(1)로 채워진 적어도 하나의 제1가스 제너레이터와, 점화 장치와 연결된 추진용 충전물로 채워진 적어도 하나의 제2가스 제너레이터(7)와, 가스 제너레이터의 가스 출구측 개방부(16, 18)를 폐쇄시키는 분리 밀폐부(20)와, 제2가스 제너레이터(7)에 배치된 드로틀링 수단(15)을 구비한다. 에어백 모듈기구는 추진용 충전물이 다수의 추진용 충전물(11, 12)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (8)
- 접혀진 가스백(5)과, 상기 가스백의 가스 입구측 개방부의 전면에 위치하는 디퓨저(22)와, 압축 가스(1)로 채워진 적어도 하나의 제1가스 제너레이터와, 점화 장치와 연결되어 있고 추진용 충전물로 채워진 적어도 하나의 제2가스 제너레이터와, 가스 제너레이터의 가스 출구측 개방부를 밀폐시키는 분리 밀폐부(20)와, 제2가스 제너레이터(7)에 배치된 드로틀링 수단을 포함하며, 상기 추진용 충전물은 다수의 추진용 충전물(11, 12)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 안전 시스템용 에어백 모듈기구.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 추진용 충전물은 제1추진용 충전물(12) 및 제2추진용 충전물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 안전 시스템용 에어백 모듈기구.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 추진용 충전물(11, 12)은 다른 밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 안전 시스템용 에어백 모듈기구.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 제1추진용 충전물(12)은 제2추진용 충전물(11)보다 더 큰 반응 속도와 가스 압력을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 안전 시스템용 에어백 모듈기구.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1추진용 충전물(12)은 짧은 밀리세컨드의 반응 시간과 매우 높은 가스 압력을 가지며 제2추진용 충전물(11)은 약간 긴 밀리세컨드의 반응 시간과 매우 낮은 가스 압력을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 안전 시스템용 에어백 모듈기구.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1추진용 충전물(12)의 중량은 제2추진용 충전물(11)의 중량의 2.5 내지 20%인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 안전 시스템용 에어백 모듈기구.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1충전물과 제2충전물 사이에서 제1충전물의 연소-관통을 제2충전물까지 제어하는, 특히 주어진 범위까지 드로틀링 제어하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 안전 시스템용 에어백 모듈기구.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 따른 작동 방법에 있어서, 고압 가스는 점화된 제1추진용 충전물에서 간단하게 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 모듈기구의 작동 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
