Abstract

본 발명은 파워 스위치들(1)과 보호 어셈블리(4)가 설치되어 있어 스위치(1)와 관련딘 각 전류경로의 고장(과부하 또는 과전류)을 검출할 수 있으며, 폐쇄접점에 대응하는 "run"위치, 개방접점에 대응하는 "stop"위치, 고장을 검출한 이후 위치에 대응하는 "trip"위치에 작용할 수 있는 수동 제어부재(51)에 의해 작동되는 릴레이 스위치형 보호 스위칭장치용 제어 및 신호장치에 관한 것으로서, 트리거링 스프링(54)에 의해 작동되고, 자동 인터로크(55)에 의해 로크되는 "run"위치로부터 상기 인터로크(55)의 트리거링 및 릴리즈 이후, 코일 스위치(81)를 작동시키는 수동 제어부재(51)를 돌릴수 있는 캠(52)이 장착된 이동 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (12)

  1. 보호 스위칭장치, 특히 파워 폴(1)과 관련된 각 전류경로 및 코일공급을 제어하는 스위치(81)에서의 고장을 검출할 수 있는 보호 어셈블리(4)가 조립되어 있으며, 폐쇄접점에 대응하는 "run"위치, 개방접점에 대응하는 "stop"위치, 고장을 검출한 이후 위치에 대응하는 "trip"위치를 취하게끔 되어 있는 수동 제어부재(51)에 의해 작동되는 릴레이용 제어 및 신호장치에 있어서, 트리거링 스프링(54)에 의해 바이어스되며, 자동 인터로크(55)에 의해 로크되는 "run"위치로부터 상기 인터로크(55)의 트리거링 및 언로킹 이후, 코일 스위치(81)를 작동시키는 수동 제어부재(51)를 작동시킬 수 있는 캠(52)이 장착된 이동 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어 및 신호장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캠(52) 및 상기 수동 제어부재(51)는 틸팅 스프링(53)에 의해 바이어스되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 틸팅 스프링(53)의 일 단부가 상기 트리거링 캠(52)에 결합되고, 상기 틸팅 스프링의 타단부가 (532)에서 상기 노브(51)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트리거링 스프링(54)의 일 단부가 캠(52)이 장착된 스프링에 결합되고, 제2단부가 장치의 판(9)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신호용으로 작용하는, 또는 코일 접점으로서 작용하는 제2스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 자동 인터로크(52)는 전자식이며, 언로킹 코일과 연합하여 영구자석을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어부재(51)는 "run", "stop" 및 "trip"위치 사이에서 피봇되게 끔 상기 판(9) 위의 축선(511)을 중심으로 회전가능하게 장착된 노브인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캠(52)이 장착된 상기 스프링은 상기 장착 판(9) 위의 축선(56)을 중심으로 피봇되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 노브(51)에는 상기 코일 스위치(81)를 작동시킬 수 있는 캠 로브(513)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캠(52)이 장착된 상기 스프링은 상기 코일 스위치(81)를 작동시키는 일 핑거(522) 및 상기 신호 스위치(82)를 작동시키는 제2핑거(523)와 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 노브(51)는 캠(52)이 장착된 상기 스프링을 돌릴 수 있는 스톱(512)과 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전자석, 스위치들 및 보호 어셈블리를 수용하는 장치(7)로부터 이격될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
