Abstract
본 발명은 냉장고의 냉장실 냉기류 순환구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 냉장실의 하방에 위치되는 신설실 상판부위에 기류흡입덕트를 설치함과 동시에 냉장고의 배면판상에 상기 기류흡입덕트 및 증발기측을 연결하는 공기순환로를 별도형성하여 기류흡입덕트에 소정의 흡입력이 작용되도록 하면서 냉장실로 투입되는 일부 냉기류가 하방의 기류흡입덕트 측으로 유도 흡입되도록 하는 간단한 방안을 제공함으로서, 냉장실의 냉기류 순환작용이 냉장실 상층부와 하층부에서 독립적으로 병행실현되도록 하여 냉기류의 활용도 극대화 효과와 냉장실내의 균일한 냉장효과 및 부분적인 과냉현상 발생배제 효과를 공히 얻을 수 있도록 한데 그 특징이 있다.

제1도는 본 발명이 적용된 냉장실의 냉기류 순환구조를 예시한 개략 단면도,
제2도는 본 발명의 냉장실 냉기류 순환상태를 나타낸 요부발췌 단면도,
제3도는 종래 냉장실의 냉기류 순환구조를 예시한 요부발췌 단면도.
Claims (8)
- 냉장고의 냉장실 냉기류 순환라인을 형성함에 있어서, 냉장실의 상측에서 하측에 이르는 냉기류를 형성하는 냉기류 이동수단과, 상기 냉장실 하측에 이르는 냉기류를 흡입하는 흡입수단과, 상기 흡입된 냉기류를 순환시키는 순환수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉기류 순화구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉기류 이동수단은, 냉장실 하부의 신선실 상판(2a)에 냉기류 흡입공(3a)을 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉기류 순환구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉기류 흡입수단은, 시선실 상판(2a)상에 흡입공(3a)이 관통형성된 기류흡입덕트(3)를 설치하여 공기순환로(5)와 연통되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉기류 순환구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉기류 순화수단은, 상하부의 공기 순환로(14,15)와 냉기류 흡입덕트(3)로 연결되는 공기 순환로(5)사이에 보조착상판(6)을 설치하여서된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉기류 순환구조.
- 제3항에 있어서, 기류흡입덕트(3)를 반구형 관체로 형성하고, 상기 반구형 기류흡입덕트(3)의 좌, 우 양측에 일정간격으로 소폭의 흡입공(3a)을 관통형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉기류 순환구조.
- 제4항에 있어서, 공기순환로(5)사이에 설치된 보조착상판(6)에 공기유통공(7)을 관통형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고 냉기류 순환구조.
- 제5항에 있어서, 반구형 기류흡입덕트(3)의 좌, 우 양측에 종방향으로 소폭의 흡입공(3a)을 관통형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고 냉기류 순환구조.
- 제5항에 있어서, 기류흡입덕트(3)를 삼각통체로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고 냉기류 순환구조.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
