Abstract

드럼 브레이크 장치에서 슈(53)의 마모시 라이닝(54)과 드럼(50) 사이의 간극을 조절할 수 있지만 라이닝(52)이 마모 한계에 이르면 이를 감지함과 아울러 표시하는 장치가 없기 때문에 라이닝(52)의 교환 시기를 알기 어렵게 됨과 아울러 이로 인하여 슈(53)와 드럼(50)이 마모됨을 방지하기 위하여, 라이닝 간극을 조절하는 제1,2조절 스크류를 포함하는 자동차용 드럼 브레이크 장치에 있어서, 상기한 제1조절 스크류(55)의 내부에 삽입되는 제2조절 스크류(56)의 일단에 형성된 홈(1)과, 상기한 홈(1)의 이동을 감지하여 일정 한계가 되면 이를 표시할 수 있는 표시 수단을 포함하여 구성함으로써 슈(53)와 드럼(50)의 마모로 인한 브레이크의 수명 저하를 방지할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 라이닝 간극을 조절하는 제1,2조절 스크류를 포함하는 자동차용 드럼 브레이크 장치에 있어서, 상기한 제1조절 스크류(55)의 내부에 삽입되는 제2조절 스크류(56)의 일단에 형성된 홈(1)과, 상기한 홈(1)의 이동을 감지하여 일정 한계가 되면 이를 표시할 수 있는 표시수단을 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 드럼 브레이크 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 표시 수단은 제1조절 스크류(55)를 관통하여 형성된 관통공(2)과, 상기한 관통공(2)에 삽입되어 내측으로 돌출됨과 아울러 홈(1)의 이동에 의해 압박되고 저면에 +전류가 인가되어 있는 플레이트(3)가 부착된 돌출 부재(4)와, 상기한 돌출 부재(4)의 저면에 지지하는 스프링(5)과, 상기한 플레이트(3)와 대응되도록 관통공(2) 내측에 설치되어-전류가 인가된 접촉 플레이트(6)와, 상기한 접촉 플레이트(6)와 플레이트(3)에 연결된 경음기(7)등과 같은 경보 장치로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 드럼 브레이크 장치.
