Abstract

원통형의 실린더(1)와 실린더의 외벽에 설치된 슬롯(8)과 실린더 내에서 회전하는 축(3)과 축의 외측에서 축의 회전에 따라 자전 및 공전하는 편심롤러(2)와 압축실(7)에서 압축된 가스가 배출되는 토출포트(10)와 편심롤러의 회전에 따라 슬롯내를 왕복운동하며 압축실과 흡입실을 분리하는 베인(9)과 축의 상하부를 지지하는 베어링을 갖는 로타리압축기에 있어서 실린더 또는 베어링에 형성되는 링 또는 폐곡선형상의 공간과, 토출포트 근처의 압축실과 상기 공간을 연통하는 연결통로로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로타리압축기의 소음저감장치.

Claims (2)

  1. 원통형의 실린더와 실린더내에서 회전하는 축과 축의 외측에서 축의 회전에 따라 회전하는 편심롤러와 압축실에서 압축된 가스가 배출되는 토출포트와 축의 상하부를 지지하는 베어링을 갖는 로타리압축기에 있어서 실린더 또는 베어링에 형성되는 링 또는 폐곡선형상의 공간과, 토출포트 근처의 압축실과 상기 공간을 연통하는 연결통로로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로타리압축기의 소음저감장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공간은 연결통로로부터 동일한 거리에 수직방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로타리압축기의 소음저감장치.
