본 발명은 고속 직물(원단) 검사에 적합한 영상처리 방법을 이용하여 직물의 오류를 고속으로 검사할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 비교적 밀한 조직을 갖는 직물 영상 등과 같은 질감 영상(Texture Image)을 전자 카메라로 고속 촬영하면서 2진 영상화하여 오류 패턴에 대한 선 지식(prior knowledge)을 적절히 이용함으로서 고속으로 오류(불량) 검출이 가능하게 하며, 오류 검출시 검출창의 크기를 적절히 조정함으로서 다양한 질감 영상에 안정적으로 적용할 수 있는 직물 고속 검사법(algorithm)을 제공함에 목적이 있다.The present invention relates to a method capable of inspecting fabric errors at a high speed by using an image processing method suitable for high-speed fabric (fabric) inspection, and more particularly, to a texture image such as a fabric image having a relatively dense tissue.
