Abstract
본 발명은 고속 직물(원단) 검사에 적합한 영상처리 방법을 이용하여 직물의 오류를 고속으로 검사할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 비교적 밀한 조직을 갖는 직물 영상 등과 같은 질감 영상(Texture Image)을 전자 카메라로 고속 촬영하면서 2진 영상화하여 오류 패턴에 대한 선 지식(prior knowledge)을 적절히 이용함으로서 고속으로 오류(불량) 검출이 가능하게 하며, 오류 검출시 검출창의 크기를 적절히 조정함으로서 다양한 질감 영상에 안정적으로 적용할 수 있는 직물 고속 검사법(algorithm)을 제공함에 목적이 있다.The present invention relates to a method capable of inspecting fabric errors at a high speed by using an image processing method suitable for high-speed fabric (fabric) inspection, and more particularly, to a texture image such as a fabric image having a relatively dense tissue. By using the electronic camera to make a binary image while taking a high-speed image, it is possible to detect errors (failures) at high speed by appropriately using prior knowledge of error patterns, and various texture images by appropriately adjusting the size of the detection window when detecting errors. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fabric high speed inspection (algorithm) that can be applied stably.
