Abstract

본 발명은 천연피혁 이상의 고품질 제품을 제조할 수 있는 용제류 충진 코딩법에 의한 인공피혁 가공방법에 관한 것으로, 원단을 PVA 처리, 함침, 용제류충진, 은면코딩, 여액제거 및 응고 공정으로 처리하여 P.U 수지 배합액이 강제압착되지 않고 원단공극에 자연스럽게 충만되어 부드럽고 유연하며 탄성있는 품질의 제품생산이 가능하다.

용제류 충진코딩법에 의한 인공피혁가공방법

Claims (6)

  1. 직포, 부직포, 니트류등의 원단을 사용하여 제조하는 습식인공피혁의 제조방법에 있어서, 원단를 PVA 처리, 함침처리, 용제류충진처리, 은면 코팅처리, 여액제거 및 응고 공정으로 이루어지는 용제류 충진코팅법에 의한 인공피혁 가공방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 PVA 처리는 40 내지 80목의 메쉬를 코팅법으로 단면 처리되며 처리액의 침투높이는 원단후도의 30 내지 80%까지 이루어지는 인공피혁 가공방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용제류 충진처리는 펌프를 통해 용제가 호퍼에 공급되고 용제는 호퍼에서 슬릿트를 통해 오버플로우되며 호퍼는 얇은 강판이 가이드로 되어 있는 오버플로우 방식으로 이루어지는 인공피혁 가공 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용제류 충진처리는 펌프를 통해 용제가 용제분사관으로 분사되는 분사식으로 이루어지는 인공피혁 가공 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 은면코팅처리 후 배면에 스며나오는 여액을 독터나이프를 부착한 여액제거기로 제거시키는 공정이 이루어지는 인공피혁 가공 방법.
  6. 제1항에 따른 인공피혁 가공방법에 의해 얻어진 기자재를 사용하여 건식코팅, 연마, 무늬내기, 인쇄, 표면처리 등의 후가공 공정으로 얻어지는 습식인공 피혁제품.
