Abstract

본 발명은 해치 백(HATCH BACK) 자동차의 트렁크 셀프 트림(TRUNK SHELF TRIM)에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 일측은 차체에 고정되고, 타측은 가동되게 분리 시킴으로써, 트렁크를 개·폐할 때마다 트렁크 셀프 트림의 상면에 올려진 물품들을 치우지 않아도 되는 해치 백 자동차의 트렁크 셀프 트림 구조에 관한 것이다.
이러한 본 발명은 일측에 지지축(33)이 고정되고, 가이드 레일(13a,13b,14a, 14b)과 고정대(35)가 형성된 고정 셀프 트림(11)과, 상기 고정 셀프 트림(11)의 일측에 형성되어 몸체(22)의 측단에 가이드 핀(23a,23b,24a,24b)을 갖고 상기 가이드 레일(13a,13b,14a,14b)에 끼워지며 축회전되는 가동 셀프 트림(21)과, 그리고 상기 지지축(33)에 고정되어 일단은 상기 고정대(35)에 고정·결합되고 타단은 상기 가이드 핀(23a,23b,24a,24b)에 유동가능하게 결합되는 탄성 스프링(31)을 구비하여서 된 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예로서, 요부를 발췌한 사시도,
제2도는 셀프 트림의 일부를 분리한 상태를 나타낸 측면도,
제3도는 본 발명의 작동 상태를 나타낸 것으로서, (가)는 트렁크 리드를 열고 트렁크 룸을 사용하기 위해 가동 셀프트림을 시계방향으로 90° 회전시켜 연 상태의 측면도, (나)는 가동 셀프 트림을 반 시계방향으로 90° 회전시켜 닫은 모습으로서, 가동 셀프 트림의 상면이 고정 셀프 트림의 상면과 일치된 모습을 나타낸 측면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 일측에 지지축(33)이 고정되고, 가이드 레일(13a,13b,14a, 14b)과 고정대(35)가 형성된 고정 셀프 트림(11); 상기 고정 셀프 트림(11)의 일측에 형성되어 몸체(22)의 측단에 가이드 핀(23a,23b,24a,24b)을 갖고 상기 가이드 레일(13a,13b,14a, 14b)에 끼워지며 축회전 되는 가동 셀프 트림(21); 그리고 상기 지지축(33)에 고정되어 일단은 상기 고정대(35)에 고정·결합되고 타단은 상기 가이드 핀(23a,23b,24a, 24b)에 유동가능하게 결합되는 탄성 스프링(31)을 구비하는 해치 백 자동차용 셀프 트림 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서; 상기 고정 셀프 트림(11)에 유동되게 축고정되는 상기 가동 셀프트림(21)의 일측단이 트렁크 리드(2)의 일측에 끈에 의해 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 해치 백 자동차용 셀프 트림 구조.
