Abstract

본 발명은 코일스프링이 구비된 자동차 트렁크리드 개방장치에 관한 것으로서, 차체의 백패널(4) 양측에 고정된 고정부재(6)와, 상기 고정부재(6)에 일측이 힌지되고 그 타측이 트렁크리드(2)에 고정되어 소정의 탄성부재의 탄성으로 트렁크리드(2)를 개방시키는 힌지아암(10)이 구비된 자동차 트렁크리드 개방장치에 있어서, 상기 고정부재(6)에 고정된 힌지핀(30)과, 이 힌지핀(30)을 통하여 회전가능하게 힌지된 상기 힌지아암(10)과 상기 힌지아암(10)을 통과한 상기 힌지핀(30)에 그 권심(40a)이 고정되고 상기 힌지아암(10)에 그 외측단이 고정된 코일스프링(40)이 구비되어 트렁크리드의 처짐을방지하고, 또한 브라켓을 삭제함으로써 생산비용을 절감할 수 있고 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 차체의 백패널(4) 양측에 고정된 고정부재(6)와, 상기 고정부재(6)에 일측에 힌지되고 그 타측이 트렁크리드(2)에 고정되어 소정의 탄성부재의 탄성력으로 트렁크리드(2)를 개방시키는 힌지아암(10)이 구비된 자동차 트렁크리드개방장치에 있어서, 상기 고정부재(6)에 고정된 힌지핀(30)과, 이 힌지핀(30)을 통하여 회전가능하게 힌지된 상기 힌지아암(10)과, 상기 힌지아암(10)을 통과한 상기 힌지핀(30)에 그 권심(40a)이 고정되고 상기 힌지아암(10)에 그 외측단이 고정된 코일스프링(40)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 코일스프링이 구비된 자동차 트렁크리드 개방장치.
