Abstract
본 발명은 이온교환수지가 충진된 밀폐용기내에서 산과 염기를 사용하여 이온교환수지를 재생함에 있어 이온교환수지탑에서 산 및 염기를 주입하고 난 후 세척공정에서 공기를 투입하여 강제적으로 세척함으로써 세척효과를 높일 수 있도록 한 이온교환탑의 재생방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로 이온교환탑에 주입된 약품의 세척효과를 높이고 더불어 세척시간을 줄여 사용되는 물의 량을 줄이고 따라서 세척폐수의 량을 줄일 수 있어 운전비용을 현저히 절감할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 이온교환탑에 약품을 통과시킨 후 수지층내에 잔유하고 있는 재생액을 유효하게 활용하기 위하여 재생에 잇달아서 물로 배출한 후 세정에 들어가기 전 탑상부에서 공기를 주입하여 탑내에 들어 있는 약품이 잔류하는 물을 강제적으로 배출한 다음 다시 물을 채워 탑내 공기를 배출하고 세정을 실시하여 세척의 효율을 높이도록 함을 특징으로 하는 것임.The present invention in the regeneration of the ion exchange resin using the acid and base in a sealed container filled with ion exchange resin after the acid and base injected from the ion exchange resin tower by washing with forced air in the washing process The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for regenerating an ion exchange tower that can enhance the effect, and enhances the cleaning effect of chemicals injected into the ion exchange tower and reduces the washing time, thus reducing the amount of water used and thus reducing the amount of waste water used.
