Abstract
본 발명은 정전기방지구조를 갖춘 액정표시장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, LCD패널 제작시에 발생하는 정전기에 의한 버스라인간의 단락 및 소자의 열화 및 파괴를 방지하기 위한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device having an antistatic structure and a method of manufacturing the same, to prevent short circuits between bus lines and deterioration and destruction of devices due to static electricity generated during LCD panel fabrication.
본 발명은 복수개의 게이트 버스라인과, 상기 게이트 버스라인과 직교하는 복수개의 데이터 버스라인, 상기 복수개의 게이트 버스라인과 복수개의 데이터 버스라인의 각각의 교차지점에 형성되는 복수개의 TFT로 이루어지는 TFT어레이부, 상기 TFT어레이부 외곽에 상기 게이트 버스라인과 연결된 게이트 쇼팅바, 상기 TFT어레이부 외곽에 상기 데이터 버스라인과 연결된 데이터 쇼팅바를 포함하여 이루어진 액정표시장치에 있어서, 상기 게이트 쇼팅바와 데이터 쇼팅바간에 ITO로 이루어진 저항이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기방지구조를 갖춘 액정표시장치를 제공한다.The present invention provides a TFT array comprising a plurality of gate bus lines, a plurality of data bus lines orthogonal to the gate bus lines, and a plurality of TFTs formed at respective intersections of the plurality of gate bus lines and the plurality of data bus lines.
