Abstract
본 발명은 거푸집이 부착된 이동식비계를 해체없이 경간이동시키며서 교량의 상부구조를 한 경간씩 시공해 나가는 이동식비계공법에 적용되는 이동식비계 이동방법과 이동장치에 관한 것이다. 종래의 이동시비계의 구성은 비계보의 종,횡방향 이동방식이 각각 비계보를 슬라이딩부재형의 받침장치에 받쳐 슬라이딩방식으로 이동시키는 구성이었는 바, 비계보를 종,횡방향으로 이동시키는 슬라이딩부재들의 구성이 복잡하고 가공이 어려우며, 자체 중량이 무겁고 제작단가가 많이 소요되면서 특히 종방향이동은 별도로 구비되는 로프 견인장비에 의하여 수행하므로서 종방향이동속도가 불규칙하고 불안정하며, 전후방 비계보들의 동시이동 연동제어가 매우 까다로우며, 전체적으로 이동수행시간이 느리고 작업공수가 많아지는 폐딘이 있었던 것이다.The present invention relates to a mobile scaffold moving method and a moving device applied to the mobile scaffolding method for constructing the upper structure of the bridge by a span while moving the scaffold with a formwork without disassembly.
