Abstract

본 발명은 알루미늄 도금강판의 인산염처리성을 향상시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 좀더 구체적으로는 알루미늄 도금강판 표면에 진공증착 방법으로 일정량의 아연도금층을 형성하여 인산염처리성을 향상시켜 주므로서 알루미늄 도금강판의 도장성을 증가시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.
알루미늄 도금강판의 표면에 진공증착방법으로 아연을 5~20g/㎡ 증착시켜 주면 알루미늄 도금강판의 도장성 개선을 위하여 인산염 처리를 하는 경우 아연이 알루미늄보다 인산염처리성이 우수하기 때문에 알루미늄 도금강판의 인산염처리성을 개선할 수 있고, 따라서 도장성을 향상시켜 줄 수 있게 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 알루미늄 도금강판의 인산염처리성을 향상시키는 방법에 있어서, 알루미늄 도금강판 표면에 진공증착 방법으로 아연을 5~20hg/㎡ 증착시켜 알루미늄 도금강판의 인산염처리성을 향상시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 강판 표면 도금층의 알루미늄/아연+알루미늄 성분비가 0.04~0.1wt%인 알루미늄 도금강판의 인산염처리성을 향상시키는 방법.
