Abstract

본 발명은 자기수평성(Self-Leveling) 몰탈 조성물 칼러(Color) 몰탈(Mortar) 조성물에 관한 것이다. 현재 토목 건설현장에서의 바닥 마무리 미장공사는 숙련된 미장 기능공이 하고 있으며, 위와 같은 바닥 수평도는, 아무리 숙련된 미장공이라 하여도 한계가 있고, 또한 미장작업의 양생이 끝난 다음 페인트칠을 해야 하는 번거로운 일련의 작업 때문에 효율성이 향상되지 않고 있다.
이에 본 발명은 미장공사 현장에서 물과 혼합하여 바닥에 붓기만 하면, 뛰어난 유동성으로 스스로 수평면을 만들 수 있도록 하였고, 또한 원하는 칼러로 페인팅효과까지 겸한 제품으로서, 완벽히 수평면을 요구하는 각종 건물 바닥면에 칼러페인팅 시공까지 일괄적으로 마칠 수 있도록 하는 자기수평성 몰탈 및 자기수평성 칼러 몰탈 조성물로서, 포틀랜드 시멘트(Portland Cement), 규사(Sio2), 조강시멘트(Alumina Cement), 혼화제, 무기안료등의 혼합분말 조성물등을 일정량의 물과 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 자기수평성(Self-Leveling) 몰탈 조성물 및 칼러(Color) 몰탈(Mortar) 조성물.

Claims (3)

  1. 포틀랜스시멘트(Portland Cement), 규사(SiO2), 조강시멘트(Alumina Cement), 혼화제등의 혼합분말 조성물등을 일정량의 물과 혼합시켜 자기수평성(Self-Leveling) 몰탈(Mortar) 조성물을 제조함에 있어서, 포틀랜드시멘트(A) 11㎏, 규사(B) 13㎏, 조광시멘트(C) 1㎏, 혼화제(D) 등을 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 자기수평성(Self-Leveling) 몰탈(Mortar) 조성물.
  2. 포틀랜스시멘트(Portland Cement), 규사(SiO2), 조강시멘트(Alumina Cement), 혼화제 및 무기안료등의 혼합분말 조성물등을 일정량의 물과 혼합시켜 자기수평성(Self-Leveling) 칼러(Color) 몰탈(Mortar) 조성물을 제조함에 있어서, 포틀랜드시멘트(A) 11㎏, 규사(B) 13㎏, 조광시멘트(C) 1㎏, 혼화제(D) 및 무기안료(E) 등을 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 자기수평성(Self-Leveling) 몰탈(Mortar) 조성물.
  3. 제3항에 있어서, 본 발명 조성물에 대한 최적 가수량(加水量)은 [(A)+(B)+(C)+(D)+(E)]의 24중량%임을 특징으로 하는 자기수평성(Self-Leveling) 몰탈(Mortar) 조성물.
