Abstract

전기전도 재로로 코팅된 금속 소재판을 용접하기 위하여, 코팅의 두께가 측정장치(11)로써 측정된다. 용접전류 발생원(6)은 용접구간으로서의 전력공급을 근복적으로 일정하게 유지하여 얻어진 필름두께 기록의 함수로서 용접전류(1)를 조정한다.

코팅된 강판 특히 석도강판을 위한 용접방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 캔들을 용접하기 위한 이 발명에 따른 작업방법을 상당히 개략적인 형태로 보여주고,
제2도는 코팅두께를 결정하기 위한 측정기술을 상당히 개략적인 형태로 설명하며,
제3도는 복사측정 기술로써 얻은 특유한 복사강도 곡선들을 나타낸다.

Claims (8)

  1. 룰러계목 용접기에 의하여, 전기전도코팅을 갖는 금속 쉬트, 특히 계목 용접 캔몸체의 전기저항 용접방법에 있어서, 용접기가 작동중에 최소한 이것의 한쪽면 상에 있는 작업편의 코팅두께가 용접구간의 상류에서 결정되어지며, 그리고 용접구간으로서 전력공급을 대체로 일정하게 유지하기 위하여 용접기계의 용접전류원이 용접작업 동안에 확인되어진 코팅두께에 따라서 조정되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 코팅의 두께가 의도된 용접계목의 영역에서 그리고 바람직하게는 금속쉬트의 양쪽면상에서 결정되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용접되는 재료는 석도강판이고 이것의 주석 층 두께가 결정되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 코팅의 두께가 복사측정 기술에 의하여 결정되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 기판재료의 특정복사가 감마선의 입사에 의하여 측정되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 이 필름두께는 전기적 그리고/또는 자기적 매개변수들로부터 결정되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 조정가능한 용접전류원(6), 코팅두께를 감지하기 위한 장치(11,12) 그리고 코팅두께 감지장치의 출력신호로부터 용접전류의 설정을 위한 조정신호를 이끄는 조정 또는 조절요소(8)를 가지는 롤러계목 용접기를 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 코팅두께를 감지하기 위한 감마선 발생원과 알파복사선의 감지기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 장치.
