Abstract

본 발명은 레이들(100)과 턴디쉬(101) 사이의 용강(99) 주입시 턴디쉬 슬래그 및 대기의 혼입을 억제하기 위하여 사용되는 롱노즐 본체의 하단부측 외주면에 외측으로 돌출한 턱을 형성하도록 구성함으로써, 노즐 본체 주위에서 발생하는 턴디쉬 슬래그 혼입을 억제하여 연속주조를 통해 생산된 레이들 주편의 청정도 및 실수율을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 가지는 턴디쉬 슬래그 혼입방지용 롱노즐을 제공한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 레이들(100)과 턴디쉬(101) 사이의 용강(99) 주입시 턴디쉬 슬래그 및 대기의 혼입을 억제하기 위하여 사용되는 롱노즐에 있어서, 상기 롱노즐은 파이프(Pipe)형 본체의 하단부측 외주면에 외측으로 돌출한 턱을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 턴디쉬 슬래그 혼입방지용 롱노즐.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 턱(110)은 파이프형 본체(111)에 끼워져 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 턴디쉬 슬래그 혼입방지용 롱노즐.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 턱(112)은 파이프형 본체(113)와 일체로 성형됨을 특징으로 하는 턴디쉬 슬래그 혼입방지용 롱노즐.
  4. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 턱(110)의 단면형상은 원형, 반원형, 사각형, 마름모형의 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 턴디쉬 슬래그 혼입방지용 롱노즐.
  5. 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 턱(112)의 단면형상은 반원형, 사각형, 마름모형의 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 턴디쉬 슬래그 혼입방지용 롱노즐.
