Abstract

본 발명은 초음파물제트청소기에 관한 것이다.
상부본체에 연결되어 외부에 구비되는 오염수회수관의 청소기헤드부에 초음파장치를 설치한 구성을 특징으로 한다.
이에 따라 분사노즐에 의한 물분사와 함께 분사노즐과 근접하게 설치된 초음파장치가 작동되어 분사된 바닥의 물에 초음파를 조사사키게 하므로써 분사압만으로는 충분하지 않은 이물질을 용이하게 제거하게 되며, 이에 따라 적은 유량, 저압의 물로도 청소상태를 향상시킬 수 있게 되며, 적은 유량의 저장에 따라 청소기본체의 부피를 줄일 수 있게 되며, 저압으로도 가능하게 됨에 따라 기밀유지가 쉽게 되는 등의 효과가 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 공급물통의 물을 압송시키는 모터펌프, 흡입력을 발생시키는 팬을 구비한 흡입모터, 상기 모터펌프와 흡입모터에 연결되는 콘트롤러, 공급물통과 회수물통을 구비한 하부본체, 상기 공급물통에 연결되며 끝단에 분사노즐을 구비한 공급관, 및 하부본체에 구비된 회수물통으로 연결되며 끝단에 회수관헤드를 지니는 회수관을 구비한 물제트청소기에 있어서 : 상기 회수관헤드에 하방 바닥으로 초음파를 발생하도록 초음파장치를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파물제트청소기.
  2. 제1항에 잇어서, 상기 초음파장치를 이루는 초음파혼(horn)의 주위에 금속망을 설치하여 초음파가 금속망에 난반사되게 하므로써 넓은 바닥면으로 초음파가 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파물제트청소기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초음파장치의 초음파주파수는 15∼50KHz인 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파물제트청소기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초음파장치는 손잡이겸 조절스위치상에 조절구를 구비하여 초음파주파수를 선택적으로 조절시키게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파물제트청소기.
