Abstract

본 발명은, 관통관(1)이 내부로부터 외부로 증가되는 직경을 가지는 다수의 횡슬릿을 가지며 탈피기(3)와 동축상태이며, 관형 쥬스수집기(5)가 윈도우개구(12)와 나사커버(6)을 가지며 관통관(1)에 중심을 두며, 피스톤(9)의 절단끝이 관통관(1)의 외부로 연장되므로 스프링(10)에 의해 가압된 피스톤(9)에 연결된 로드(8)가 관형연장부(7)에서 슬라이드하며, 챔버(11)가 슬릿(2)를 통해 여과된 쥬스를 수집하는 것과, 두 개의 로드(41)가 추출기의 구조물(42)을 통과하며, 슬라이딩가동탈피기지지부(43)가 로드의 지지부(43)로의 복귀과정을 조절하는 핀(44)을 가지며, 이들 로드가 연장부(47)를 피스톤(48)에 고정하는 볼트(46)가 삽입되는 베이스에 고정되며, 피스톤(48)이 절단엣지를 가지며, 다수의 횡슬릿(50)을 갖는 관통관(49)에 동축상태이며, 관통관(49)이 고정틸피기가 볼트고정되는 플랜지를 갖는 관형쥬스수집기(52)에 나사결합된 둥근베이스(51)에 장착되므로, 결국 슬릿(54)을 통해 빠져 나가는 쥬스를 수집하는 챔버(53)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감귤류쥬스 추출기의 여과장치이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 관통관(1)이 내부로부터 외부로 증가되는 직경을 가지는 다수의 횡슬릿을 가지며 탈피기(3)와 동축상태이며, 관형 쥬스수집기(5)가 윈도우개구(12)와 나사커버(6)을 가지며 관통관(1)에 중심을 두며, 피스톤(9)의 절단끝이 관통관(1)의 외부로 연장되므로 스프링(10)에 의해 가압된 피스톤(9)에 연결된 로드(8)가 관형연장부(7)에서 슬라이드하며, 챔버(11)가 슬릿(2)를 통해 여과된 쥬스를 수집하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감귤류쥬스추출장치의 여과장치.
  2. 두 개의 로드(41)가 추출기의 구조물(42)을 통과하며, 슬라이딩가동탈피기지지부(43)는 연장부(47)를 피스톤(48)에 고정하는 볼트(46)가 삽입되는 베이스에 고정되는 핀(44)을 가지며, 피스톤(48)은 절단엣지를 가지며, 고정탈피기가 볼트고정된 플랜지를 갖는 관형 쥬스수집기(52)에 나사결합된 둥근베이스(51)에 장착되며 다수의 횡슬릿(50)을 갖는 관통관(49)에 동축상태이므로, 결국 슬릿(54)을 통해 빠져 나가는 쥬스를 수집하는 챔버(53)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감귤류쥬스 추출기의 여과장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 피스톤(48)의 절단엣지는 그 복귀과정에서 관통관(49)으로부터 돌출하며, 관통관의 슬릿(50)은 관통관의 내부로부터 외부로 직경이 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감귤류쥬스추출기의 여과장치.
  4. 형상과 그외의 상세구조가 첨부도면의 제9도 및 제10과 본질적으로 대체로 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과일쥬스추출용의 관통여과관.
