Abstract

본 발명은 영상 편집 기능을 가진 디지탈 테렐비전 회로에 관한 것이다.
종래의 칼라 텔레비전 회로는 송신회로(방송국)에서 전송한 영상신호와 음성신호를 수신회로(수상기)에서 수신하여 영상과 음성을 출력하는 정도에 그치기 때문에, 수신한 영상신호를 사용자가 임의로 편집할 수 있는 기능을 제공하지 못한다.
본 발명은 텔레비전 송신회로와, 영상신호의 편집을 위한 화면상에서의 편집 위치정보, 편집 데이타들을 생성하여 상기 송신회로에 가하여 영상 및 음성신호와함께 송신하게 하는 편집 데이타 부가회로와, 텔레비전 수신회로와, 상기 수신회로에서 수신된 신호중에서 편집 데이타를 인식하고, 인식된 편집 데이타를 이용해서 사용자가 원하는 편집화면의 구성을 제어하는 영상 편집 제어회로와, 상기 영상 편집 제어회로에 의해서 편집되는 영상신호가 기억되는 영상 메모리부와, 상기 영상 편집 제어회로의 제어를 받아 편집할 부위의 영상신호를 압축과 신장하여 영상 메모리부에 기억시키는 영상 압축 신장회로와, 상기 편집된 영상신호를 상기 수신회로에서 수신된 원래의 영상신호에 혼합하여 브라운관에 표시되게 하는 혼합회로를 구비하여, 디지탈로 전송되는 방송신호에 사용자가 원하는 영상 편집을 가능하게 하는 편집 관련 정보를 전송하고, 이를 수신회로에서 수신하여 해독하고, 해독한 정보를 기초로 하여 사용자가 영상의 특정한 부위를 임의의 영상으로 대치하여 자유롭게 편집할 수 있도록 한 영상 편집기능을 가진 디지탈 텔레비전 회로를 제공 한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 아날로그 영상신호와 음성신호를 디지탈 신호로 변환하고, 디지탈 변환된 영상과 음성신호를 혼합하여 부호화하고, 부호화 된 영상과 음성신호를 반송파에 실어서 송신하는 송신회로와; 영상신호의 편집을 위한 화면상에서의 편집 위치정보, 편집 데이타들을 생성하여 상기 송신회로에 가하여 영상 및 음성신호와 함께 송신하게 하는 편집 데이타 부가회로와; 상기 송신회로에서 출력된 신호를 수신하여 복조하고, 원래의 영상신호로 복호화하며, 복호화된 영상과 음성신호를 아날로그 신호로 변환하여 브라운관에 촬상하는 수신회로와; 상기 수신회로에서 수신된 신호중에서 편집 데이타를 인식하고, 인식된 편집 데이타를 이용해서 사용자가 원하는 편집화면의 구성을 제어하는 영상 편집 제어회로와; 상기 영상 편집 제어회로에 의해서 편집되는 영상신호가 기억되는 영상 메모리부와; 상기 영상 편집 제어회로의 제어를 받아 편집할 부위의 영상신호를 압축과 신장하여 영상 메모리부에 기억시키는 영상 압축 신장회로와; 상기 편집된 영상신호를 상기 수신회로에서 수신된 원래의 영상신호에 혼합하여 브라운관에 표시되게 하는 혼합회로로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 영상 편집기능을 가진 디지탈 텔레비전 회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 영상 편집 제어회로는 상기의 수신회로에서 복호화 된 데이타 중에서 영상 편집 정보를 저장하는 패킷 메모리와, 상기 영상 편집 정보를 패킷 메모리에 저장시키고, 이 저장된 정보를 출력하게 하는 디지탈 신호 처리기와, 상기 패킷 메모리에서 출력되는 편집 정보를 입력받아, 원래의 영상신호에 특정 부위의 영상신호를 압축과 신장 처리하여 재구성한 영상신호로 편집하는 영상 편집 인식부로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 영상 편집기능을 가진 디지탈 텔레비전 회로.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 편집 정보는 영상의 수직 라인별 추출 화상의 최대값과 최소값의 좌표 데이타, 입모양 데이타, 눈모양 데이타, 표정 데이타, 얼굴 각도 데이타, 밝기(휘도) 데이타, 색차(색도) 데이타로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 영상 편집기능을 가진 디지탈 텔레비전 회로.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 추출된 영상을 대신할 새로운 영상을 미리 기억해두고, 이 기억된 정보를 상기 영상 편집 제어회로에 공급하는 편집 정보 메모리부를 포함하여, 이 편집 정보 메모리부에 기억되어 있는 정보와 상기 압축 또는 신장된 정보를 서로 비교하여 편집 영상을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 영상 편집기능을 가진 디지탈 텔레비전 회로.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 혼합회로는 수신회로에서 복호화 된 영상신호와 압축 신장회로에서 처리된 편집 영상을 편집 여부에 따라 택일적으로 전환하여 출력하는 멀티플렉서로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 영상 편집기능을 가진 디지탈 텔레비전 회로.
