Claims (4)
- 원동축(1)과 종동축(2)의 교차각(α)이 0°〈α〈90°인 경우에 원동축(1)에서 종동축(2)에 동력을 전달함에 있어, 상기 원동축(1)과 종동축(2)을 각각 원동좌, 우사이드전동판(101), (102)과 원동좌, 우사이드전동판(201), (202)에 각각 고정하고, 좌, 우케이싱(3), (4)에 원동전동링(103)과 종동전동링(203)이 회동가능하게 결합하고, 상기 원동전동링(103)과 종동전동링(203)의 중앙내부에 원동요크(104)와 종동요크(204)가 각각 회동가능하게 결합되고, 상기 종동좌, 우측사이드전동판(101), (102)과 원동좌, 우사이드전동판(201), (202)이 원동전동링(103)과 종동전동링(203)의 좌, 우측에서 볼(92), (93)을 내장시키면서 각각 회동하게 결합하고, 상기 원동전동링(103)과 종동전동링(203) 사이를 상, 하부에서 와이어(75), (76)로 각각 서로 반대방향으로 고정하되 상기 원동요크(104)와 종동요크(204) 사이는 좌, 우에서 와이어(77), (78)로 각각 서로 반대방향으로 고정하고, 상기 원동요크(104)와 종동요크(204)의 양단은 각각 회동평판(81), (82)에 회동가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 입체 동력 전달장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원동좌, 우측사이드전동판(101, 102)과 원동좌, 우사이드전동판(201, 202)를 각각 중앙에 각각 상, 하면이 수평으로 구성된 수평면(101-1, 102-1), (201-1, 202-1)을 가진 장공(101-2, 102-2), (201-2, 202-2)이 형성되고, 상기 원동전동링(103)과 종동전동링(203)를 각각 결합하는 안쪽면에는 바깥에서 안쪽으로 차례차례 리테이너삽입환홈(101-3, 102-3), (201-3, 202-3)과 볼삽입환홈(101-4, 102-4), (201-4, 202-4) 및 안쪽으로 돌출된 보강부(101-5, 102-5), (201-5, 202-5)에 상기 장공(101-2, 102-2), (201-2, 202-2)과 관통하는 반원형공(101-5a, 101-5b), (102-5a, 102-5b), (201-5a, 201-5b), (202-5a, 202-5b)이 상, 하부에서 수직으로 형성되어 스냅링삽입홈(101-6a, 101-6b), (102-6a, 102-6b), (201-6a, 201-6b), (202-6a, 202-6b)이 형성되고 일측에는 각각 원동축삽입반원형공(101-7, 102-7)과 종동축삽입반원형공(201-7, 202-7)이 형성된 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 입체 동력전달장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원동전동링(103)과 종동전동링(203)은 각각 중앙에 상기한 원동요크(104)와 종동요크(204)를 내장설치할 수 있는 중앙공(103-1), (203-1)이 형성된 링형몸체(103-2), (203-2)의 양측면에 볼삽입환홈(103-3), (203-3)이 형성되고, 그 상, 하부에는 각각 전동상부원통부(103-6), (203-6)가 돌출된 상부휘일(103-4), (203-4)과 전동하부원통부(103-7), (203-7)가 돌출된 하부휘일(103-5), (203-5)이 일체로 형성된 구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 입체 동력전달장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원동요크(104)와 종동요크(204)는 +형으로 구성된 것으로써, 중앙원동요크좌측휘일(104-4), 종동요크좌측휘일(204-4)과 원동요크우측휘일(104-5), 종동요크우측휘일(204-5)이 일체로 형성된 좌, 우측원통부(104-2, 104-3), (204-2, 204-3)가 형성되고, 상기 원동요크몸체(104-1), 종동요크(204-1)의 수평상부면(104-1a), (204-1a)과 수평하부면(104-1b), (204-1b)에는 각각 원동형상의 상부원통(104-6), (204-6)와 하부원통부(104-7), (204-7)이 형성되며 상기 좌, 우측원통부(104-2), (104-3), (204-2, 204-3)에서 연장형성되는 좌, 우측끝단부(104-2a, 104-3a), (204-2a, 204-3a)가 일체로 형성된 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 입체 동력전달장치.
