Abstract

본 발명은 EGR가스켓의 구조에 따른 EGR밸브의 밀폐성 저하를 방지하기 위하여 EGR가스켓의 구조를 변경하고 그에 따라 EGR파이프를 EGR파이프 플랜지에 용접 없이 체결시키게 됨으로써 종래보다 향상된 밀봉성을 나타낼 수 있는 EGR가스켓의 개선된 구조를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 개선된 EGR가스켓의 구조는 EGR가스켓의 스틸 그로매트가 끼워지게 되는 중앙에 홀의 내연부의 선단 부분에형성된 홈의 크기를 상하면을 서로 다르게 하고, 상하면의 평면상의 임의의 위치에 상기 홀의 직경보다 큰 직경의 원형상으로 실리콘 러버를 프린팅하며, 상기 하부면의 홈과 EGR파이프 플랜지 사이에는 EGR파이프의 선단이 용접없이 삽입 설치될 수 있도록 되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 EGR 가스켓이 삽입 설치된 EGR 밸브와 EGR 파이프의 체결 상태를 확대하여 나타낸 측단면도이다. 제2도는 제1도의 EGR 가스켓의 평면도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. EGR밸브(11)에 EGR파이프(14)를 체결할 때 EGR파이프 플랜지(13)와 EGR밸브(11) 사이에 위치하게 되는 EGR가스켓(12)에 있어서, 그 개선점은 상기 EGR가스켓(12)의 스틸 그로매트(18)가 끼워지게 되는 중앙에 있는 홀(16)의 내연부의 선단 부분에 형성된 홈(19,20)의 크기를 상하면이 서로 다르게 하고, 상하면의 평면 상의 임의의 위치에 상기홀(16)의 직경 보다 큰 직경의 원형상으로 실리콘 러버(21)를 프린팅하며, 상기 하부면의 홈(20)과 상기 EGR파이프 플랜지(13) 사이에는 상기 EGR파이프(14)의 선단(15)이 용접 없이 삽입 설치될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 없이 EGR파이프를 체결할 수 있는 구조를 갖는 EGR가스켓.
