Abstract
축에 대한 축방향 및 회전운동을 위하여 하중을 지지하는 베어링은 축과 맞물림하기 위하여 원주방향으로 이격된 복수 아치형 베어링 패드를 지지하는 원통형 내부벽을 가진 외부셀을 포함하는 것으로서 개시되어 있다.
각각의 베어링 패드는 축상의 정적 예하중을 발휘하도록 축에 억지끼워맞춤을 하기 위하여 배열되고 탄성적으로 변형가능한 복수의 측면 팁부분, 및 축과 헐거움 끼워맞춤을 하기 위하여 배열된 측면의 팁부분의 중간의 중간부분을 포함하고 있다. 복수의 윤활 채널은 분리 베어링 패드 사이의 갭을 통하여 축과 연통하고 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따라 형성된 베어링의 사시도, 제2도는 베어링에 의해 축의 수용전에 베어링과 축 사이의 상대 끼워맞춤을 예시하기 위하여 가상선으로 축을 도시한 끝면도, 제3도는 축의 삽입에 따라 그 편향을 예시하기 위하여 실선과 이점쇄선으로 베어링 패드의 일부를 도시한 본 발명에 따라 형성된 베어링의 확대 부분 끝면도.
Claims (8)
- 중심축선을 가진 원통형 축에 대해 축방향 및 회전운동을 위하여 하중을 지지하는 베어링에 있어서, 상기 베어링은, 원통형 내부벽을 가진 외부셸 상기 축과 맞물림하기 위하여 상기 벽에 연결되고 원주방향으로 이격 되고 있고, 상기 축상의 정적 예하중을 발휘하기 위하여 상기 축과 억지끼워맞춤으로 배열되고 탄성적으로 변형가능한 한쌍의 측면 팁부분을 각각 가진 복수의 베어링 패드를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 베어링 패드는 상기 축과 헐거움 끼워맞춤하기 위하여 배열된 상기 팁 부분의 중간의 중간부분을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 패드의 상기 중간부분은 상기 축의 직경보다 더 큰 제1직경의 원을 형성하며 상기 베어링 패드의 상기 팁부분은 상기 축의 상기 직경보다 더 작은 제2직경의 원을 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 패드는 아치형상을 가진 내부 패드 표면을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링.
- 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 복수의 베어링 패드는 상기 내부벽으로부터 상기 베어링 패드의 상기 중간부분으로 방사상 방향으로 뻗어있는 핑거에 의해서 상기 내부벽에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 핑거는 상기 축둘레의 복수의 윤활 채널을 연통상태로 형성하기 위하여 원주방향으로 이격되어 있고 상기 내부벽과 협동하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 베어링 패드는 3개의 베어링 패드인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링은 일체적인 유니트로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
