Abstract

본 발명은 각종 실리콘 고무 기재 표면을 도포 처리했을 경우 실리콘 고무 표면을 윤기 제거 상태로 하여 의장성을 부여할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 내마모성이 우수한 경화 피막을 제공하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이 조성물은 평균 조성식

(단, 식 중 R1은 지방족 불포화 결합을 포함하지 않는 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기, R2는 알케닐기이고, a는 1.6내지 2.05, b는 0.001 내지 0.5이며, a+b=1.85 내지 2.1을 만족하는 수이다.)로 나타내어지는 1분자 중에 규소 원자와 결합하는 알케닐기를 적어도 2개 갖는 오르가노폴리실록산과, 평균 조성식
R3 cHdSiO(4-c-d)/2(2)
(단, 식 중 R3은 지방족 불포화 결합을 포함하지 않는 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기이고, c는 0.8내지 2, d는 0.01 내지 1이며, c+d=0.85 내지 2.5을 만족하는 정수이다.)로 나타내어지는 1분자 중에 규소 원자와 결합하는 수소 원자를 적어도 2개 갖는 오르가노하이드로젠폴리실록산과, 평균 입자경이 50㎛ 이하인 폴리카르보네이트수지 분말과, 백금 또는 백금 화합물을 배합하여 만든다. 이 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물에 의한 코팅 피막으로 실리콘 고무 표면을 처리한다.

Claims (3)

  1. ⑴ 하기 평균 조성식
    R1 aR2 bSiO(4-a-b)/2(1)
    (단, 식 중 R1은 지방족 불포화 결합을 포함하지 않는 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기, R2는 알케닐기이고, a는 1.6내지 2.05, b는 0.001 내지 0.5이며, a+b=1.85 내지 2.1을 만족하는 수이다.)로 나타내어지는 1분자 중에 규소 원자와 결합하는 알케닐기를 적어도 2개 갖는 오르가노폴리실록산 100중량부, (2) 하기 평균 조성식
    R3 cHdSiO(4-c-d)/2(2)
    (단, 식 중 R3은 지방족 불포화 결합을 포함하지 않은 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기이고, c는 0.8내지 2, d는 0.01 내지 1이며, c+d=0.85 내지 2.5을 만족하는 정수이다.)로 나타내어지는 1분자 중에 규소 원자와 결합하는 수소 원자를 적어도 2개 갖는 오르가노하이드로젠폴리실록산을 상기 식⑴의 오르가노폴리실록산 성분 중의 알케닐기 1개에 대하여 이 오르가노하이드로젠폴리실록산 성분 중의 규소 원자와 결합한 수소 원자를 0.4 내지 10개 부여하는 양, ⑶ 평균 입자경이 50㎛이하인 폴리카르보네이트 수지 분말을, 상기 식⑴의 오르가노폴리실록산과 상기 식⑵의 오르가노하이드로젠폴리실록산과의 합계량 100중량부에 대하여 2 내지 50중량부, 및 ⑷ 백금 또는 백금 화합물 촉매량을 함유하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물.
  2. 제1항 기재의 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물로 이루어지는 표면 처리제.
  3. 제1항 기재의 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물을 경화시켜 되는 코팅 피막이 실리콘 고무 표면에 형성된 실리콘 고무 부품.
